汽車(chē)服務(wù)備件庫(kù)存控制研究
[Abstract]:Inventory cost has a significant impact on the cost of the supply chain. It is affected by the quantity of spare parts in stock, the amount of funds occupied, the distribution strategy, and so on. Different inventory control strategies of automobile service spare parts have different effects on inventory cost. With the rapid development of automobile industry in recent years, the competition among automobile enterprises has gradually changed into the after-sales service competition, and the good after-sales service quality depends on the perfect spare parts management method. In addition, in order to improve the market share and upgrade quickly, how to ensure the quality of after-sales service of the stopped models and to meet the demand of spare parts is of great practical significance to the automobile industry. There are significant differences in the number of spare parts in different life cycle stages. This paper takes FAW-VW Company as an example, starting with the problems of large proportion of liquid capital occupation, overstocking and dead inventory in inventory management, puts forward a method of transversal transfer between regional inventory in mature period. Based on this method, the inventory cost of supply chain is modeled, and the process of solving and calculating the model is realized by using genetic algorithm and matlab language. It is concluded that the model is superior to the traditional method in terms of inventory quantity and inventory cost. In the recession period, a final order model based on the recovery model is proposed. The fitting tool of EXCEL and the theory of difference method are used as the data analysis tools. The model takes the inventory cost of the head office as the optimization objective. Finally, the optimal final order quantity and the minimum order cost under the recovery mode are obtained.
