【摘要】：本文從價(jià)值網(wǎng)視角,結(jié)合城市管理理論及績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)理論,探索并構(gòu)建天津市城市管理績(jī)效的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。再運(yùn)用層次分析法計(jì)算各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)權(quán)重,并在權(quán)重計(jì)算過(guò)程中使用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行輸入獲取,最終得出天津市城市管理績(jī)效評(píng)估結(jié)果,為城市管理及行政執(zhí)法人員的工作發(fā)展提供積極的參考意見(jiàn)與方向。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of value net, combined with the theory of urban management and the theory of performance evaluation, this paper explores and constructs the evaluation index system of Tianjin's urban management performance, and then calculates the weight of each index by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In the process of weight calculation, MATLAB software is used to input and obtain the results of Tianjin city management performance evaluation, which provides a positive reference and direction for the development of urban management and administrative law enforcement personnel.
