【摘要】：鋼鐵行業(yè)在中國是最關(guān)鍵的基礎(chǔ)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域,同時(shí)還是促發(fā)我國經(jīng)濟(jì)水平和尖端國防建造的基本物質(zhì)方面的基石。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步,各個(gè)國家對(duì)鋼鐵的需求量也是日趨增加,對(duì)所生產(chǎn)鋼鐵質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高。而首鋼遷鋼作為以創(chuàng)建一流的鋼鐵企業(yè)為目標(biāo)的鋼鐵企業(yè),為了生產(chǎn)出更高質(zhì)量的冷軋鋼材,提升企業(yè)自身行業(yè)的競爭力,首鋼遷鋼將進(jìn)行冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目工作。本文主要是在對(duì)于首鋼遷鋼實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度進(jìn)行研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以項(xiàng)目管理以及進(jìn)度管理的有關(guān)理論作為依據(jù),明確其項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度安排,分析其實(shí)踐建議以及存在的問題,進(jìn)而提出進(jìn)度的完善建議,實(shí)現(xiàn)促進(jìn)首鋼遷鋼實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度完善發(fā)展,促進(jìn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目按計(jì)劃完成的目的。本文是以首鋼遷鋼冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目作為實(shí)例,主要從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度展開研究與分析:對(duì)于首鋼遷鋼冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制、實(shí)施、檢查和調(diào)整進(jìn)行了介紹與分析;同時(shí),對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制與執(zhí)行中存在問題進(jìn)行了分析,提出了針對(duì)性的對(duì)策。提出首鋼遷鋼冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理方案,包括整體計(jì)劃與計(jì)劃分解。通過對(duì)首鋼遷鋼冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方法的分析以及改進(jìn)方法的深入研究,總結(jié)了影響進(jìn)度因素的原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的流程與步驟以及實(shí)施項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制的保證措施。本課題的目標(biāo)是對(duì)于首鋼遷鋼冷軋實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度管理方法進(jìn)行研究,針對(duì)研究中出現(xiàn)的問題進(jìn)行解決,提出促進(jìn)其實(shí)驗(yàn)室認(rèn)證項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的有效方法。
[Abstract]:The iron and steel industry is the most important basic industry in China, and it is also the cornerstone of the economic level and the construction of the cutting-edge national defense. With the development of economy, the progress of science and technology is becoming more and more important. The demand for iron and steel in each country is also increasing day by day, and the quality of steel produced is also higher and higher. In order to produce higher quality cold-rolled steel, enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise's own industry. The project of cold rolling laboratory certification will be carried out in Shougang. This paper is mainly based on the research on the progress of the project. Based on the theory of project management and schedule management, this paper clarifies the schedule of the project, analyzes its practical suggestions and existing problems, and then puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the progress. To achieve the goal of promoting the improvement and development of the laboratory certification project of Shougang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and to promote the completion of the laboratory certification project according to the plan. This paper takes the cold rolling laboratory certification project of Shougang Iron and Steel Corporation as an example. The progress of the project is mainly studied and analyzed from the following aspects: introduction and analysis on the preparation, implementation, inspection and adjustment of the project schedule for the cold rolling laboratory project of Shougang Iron and Steel Co. At the same time, the problems in the preparation and implementation of the schedule plan are analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Including the overall plan and plan decomposition. Through the analysis of the progress control method and the improvement method, this paper summarizes the reasons of influencing progress factors. On this basis, the process and steps of project schedule control and the guarantee measures of project schedule control are put forward. The goal of this project is to study the schedule management method of the project of cold rolling laboratory certification project of Shougang Iron and Steel Co. To solve the problems in the research, an effective method to promote the progress management of the laboratory certification project is put forward.
