【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,人們工作、生活、學(xué)習(xí)都受到了較大的影響。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,越來(lái)越多的人通過(guò)移動(dòng)終端來(lái)獲取信息,移動(dòng)終端以其便捷性、實(shí)時(shí)性等特點(diǎn),逐步的成為人們獲取信息的首選方式。移動(dòng)終端比傳統(tǒng)的渠道有明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是移動(dòng)終端需要有一套較為穩(wěn)定的平臺(tái),可以滿足用戶獲取不同類型信息的要求。隨著國(guó)內(nèi)房地產(chǎn)市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)放,房地產(chǎn)價(jià)格出現(xiàn)大幅上漲的趨勢(shì),房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)的發(fā)展同時(shí)帶動(dòng)了房地產(chǎn)評(píng)估行業(yè)的發(fā)展。而信息化的迅猛發(fā)展,也使智能終端產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展的階段,智能終端的種類也越來(lái)越多。本文將通過(guò)B/S結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)移動(dòng)應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際需求,設(shè)計(jì)并開(kāi)發(fā)出一套高效、穩(wěn)定的移動(dòng)評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)的客戶端將采用Android平臺(tái),服務(wù)器平臺(tái)將采用J2EE技術(shù)進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)。本系統(tǒng)使用的是Java開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,J2EE作為開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái),Android做客戶端,Oracle作為數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)支持,在Win7平臺(tái)上開(kāi)發(fā)和運(yùn)行。本系統(tǒng)以首佳公司為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其移動(dòng)評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng)主要分為管理平臺(tái)和手機(jī)客戶端,管理平臺(tái)主要有詢價(jià)管理、項(xiàng)目管理、合同管理、審批管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、客戶管理和統(tǒng)一溝通管理等功能模塊。在手機(jī)客戶端的功能和服務(wù)器端類似,只是展示界面不同。本文的研究從需求分析入手,然后對(duì)各類技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),完成系統(tǒng)的需求分析和功能設(shè)計(jì),從應(yīng)用程序云架構(gòu)及數(shù)據(jù)交換、移動(dòng)應(yīng)用開(kāi)發(fā)模式及文檔處理、移動(dòng)應(yīng)用的統(tǒng)一溝通這幾方面對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。并通過(guò)測(cè)試,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)房地產(chǎn)評(píng)估業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)的移動(dòng)應(yīng)用,提供了更好的用戶體驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:With the development of Internet and computer technology, people's work, life and study have been greatly influenced. In the Internet era, more and more people obtain information through mobile terminals, which are characterized by their convenience, real-time and so on. Mobile terminals have obvious advantages over traditional channels, but mobile terminals need a more stable platform. It can meet the requirements of users to obtain different types of information. With the opening up of the domestic real estate market, real estate prices have shown a trend of substantial increase. The development of the real estate industry has also led to the development of the real estate evaluation industry. The rapid development of information technology has also made the intelligent terminal industry enter the stage of rapid development. There are more and more kinds of intelligent terminals. This paper will design and develop a set of high efficiency through the characteristics of the B / S structure system and the actual needs of the mobile application system of the business system. The client of this system will adopt Android platform, and the server platform will be developed with J2EE technology. The system is developed and run on the Win7 platform. The system takes Shoujia Company as the research object and realizes its mobile evaluation business system. The system is mainly divided into management platform and mobile phone client, the management platform mainly includes inquiry management, project management, Function modules such as contract management, approval management, financial management, customer management and unified communication management. The function of mobile phone client is similar to that of server, but the display interface is different. Then it analyzes all kinds of technologies, designs the architecture, completes the requirement analysis and function design of the system, from the application cloud architecture and the data exchange, the mobile application development pattern and the document processing, The unified communication of mobile application designs the system and finally realizes the mobile application of real estate evaluation business system through testing which provides a better user experience.
