【摘要】：伴隨著我國(guó)電力產(chǎn)業(yè)的深度調(diào)整,設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)呈現(xiàn)出多元化發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。部分企業(yè)同時(shí)還面臨由單一功能的設(shè)計(jì)院向集設(shè)計(jì)、管理、咨詢、采購(gòu)、施工為一體的綜合性工程公司轉(zhuǎn)變的要求。業(yè)務(wù)的多樣化和復(fù)雜化對(duì)工程的項(xiàng)目管理提出了更為嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí),隨著全球信息化進(jìn)程的不斷深入,企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中,采用信息手段與現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理體系結(jié)合的方法來(lái)開(kāi)展科學(xué)的工程項(xiàng)目管理,也已經(jīng)被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)管理者所關(guān)注、認(rèn)可。項(xiàng)目管理的信息化,能有效提升企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理水平,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)企業(yè)良好發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),信息技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)以及計(jì)算機(jī)軟硬件的快速發(fā)展,也為企業(yè)實(shí)施項(xiàng)目管理信息化創(chuàng)造了良好條件。本文綜述了電力設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的背景和國(guó)內(nèi)外研究發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),分析了現(xiàn)階段企業(yè)在項(xiàng)目管理中存在的問(wèn)題,學(xué)習(xí)并運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理基本理論、項(xiàng)目管理信息系統(tǒng)基本理論,探討了信息技術(shù)及項(xiàng)目管理科學(xué)在設(shè)計(jì)企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理中的應(yīng)用思路；完成了本系統(tǒng)的流程分析、功能需求分析；擬定了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)原則；設(shè)定了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)。并運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)化分析、系統(tǒng)性結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方法,完成了系統(tǒng)的總體布局與業(yè)務(wù)功能設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合安徽省電力設(shè)計(jì)院有限公司的實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目管理需求,開(kāi)發(fā)了功能豐富的項(xiàng)目信息管理系統(tǒng),通過(guò)以生產(chǎn)為主線的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)了全過(guò)程項(xiàng)目管理,極大的提升了設(shè)計(jì)、管理的質(zhì)量與效率,也為企業(yè)的管理決策提供必要的幫助。
[Abstract]:Along with the deep adjustment of electric power industry in our country, the design enterprise business presents the diversified development trend. Some enterprises also face the single function design institute to set design, management, consultation, procurement, at the same time, The requirements of the transformation of integrated engineering companies with the integration of construction and the diversification and complexity of the business put forward a more severe challenge to the project management. At the same time, with the continuous deepening of the global information process, the enterprises in the production process, Adopting the method of combining information means with modern project management system to carry out scientific project management has been paid more and more attention to by more and more enterprise managers. It is recognized that the informatization of project management can effectively improve the level of enterprise project management. At the same time, the rapid development of information technology, network technology, communication technology and computer software and hardware, It also creates good conditions for enterprises to implement project management information. This paper summarizes the background of the implementation of project management information system in electric power design enterprises and the research and development trends at home and abroad, and analyzes the problems existing in the project management of enterprises at present. This paper studies and applies the basic theory of project management and the basic theory of project management information system, probes into the application of information technology and project management science in the project management of design enterprises, completes the process analysis and functional requirement analysis of the system. The principles of system development are drawn up, the design objectives of the system are set up, and the structural analysis is used to design the system structure. The overall layout and business function design of the system are completed. According to the actual project management requirements of Anhui Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd, the project information management system with rich functions is developed. By taking production as the main line, the whole process of project management is realized, which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of design and management, and also provides necessary help for the management decision of enterprises.
