建筑A公司勞務(wù)分包隊(duì)伍管理問題研究

【摘要】:建筑業(yè)是拉動(dòng)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多工程項(xiàng)目開工建設(shè),現(xiàn)代化的建筑施工體系也越來越專業(yè)化,分工越來越細(xì)。而勞務(wù)分包就是建筑施工活動(dòng)非常重要的一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)。它是兩個(gè)不同主體,以分包合同為契約,相互配合,共同協(xié)作,完成工程目標(biāo)任務(wù)的活動(dòng)。然而勞務(wù)分包一直也是建筑企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展的難點(diǎn),如何做好勞務(wù)分包管理,也是建筑企業(yè)項(xiàng)目管理的研究方向。本文通過對(duì)建筑A公司進(jìn)行調(diào)查,經(jīng)過研究A公司在勞務(wù)分包管理的現(xiàn)狀,分析了管理中存在的問題以及問題的成因。為相關(guān)問題提出解決的對(duì)策和建議,并制定了相關(guān)保障措施。旨在通過加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),加強(qiáng)溝通與激勵(lì),加強(qiáng)人員素質(zhì)等方面強(qiáng)化勞務(wù)分包管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)工程項(xiàng)目的高效實(shí)施,總分包雙方,合作雙贏。本文通過五個(gè)章節(jié)闡述文章的主要觀點(diǎn):第一章緒論,主要介紹了研究背景、意義,國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,本文的研究方法,研究思路和內(nèi)容。第二章主要介紹了勞務(wù)分包管理所涉及的相關(guān)理論,包括勞務(wù)的定義及特征,勞務(wù)分包的概念。第三章介紹了建筑A公司的企業(yè)簡(jiǎn)介,經(jīng)營(yíng)現(xiàn)狀以及勞務(wù)分包管理方面的基本情況。指出A公司在勞務(wù)分包管理中存在的相關(guān)問題,并分析其產(chǎn)生原因。第四章根據(jù)問題和原因,提出具體解決的對(duì)策和建議,包括樹立原則,加強(qiáng)制度,提高人員素質(zhì),強(qiáng)化過程管理等方面內(nèi)容。第五章提出完善勞務(wù)分包管理的一些保障措施。第六章結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:The construction industry is one of the pillar industries driving the economic development of our country. With the rapid development of our economy, more and more construction projects are started, and the modern construction system is becoming more and more specialized. The division of labor is becoming more and more finer and finer. And labor subcontracting is a very important link in construction activities. It is two different subjects, with the subcontract as the contract, and they cooperate with each other and cooperate with each other. However, labor subcontracting has always been a difficult point in the management and development of construction enterprises. How to do a good job of labor subcontracting management is also the research direction of project management of construction enterprises. After studying the present situation of Company A's labor subcontract management, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management and the causes of the problems, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the related problems, and formulates the relevant safeguard measures in order to strengthen the construction of the system. Strengthen communication and motivation, strengthen personnel quality and other aspects of strengthening labor subcontracting management, to achieve the efficient implementation of engineering projects, total sub-contracting, win-win cooperation. This paper through five chapters to explain the main points of the article: chapter one introduction, This paper mainly introduces the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research status, research methods, research ideas and contents. Chapter two mainly introduces the related theories of labor subcontracting management, including the definition and characteristics of labor services. The third chapter introduces the brief introduction of construction company A, the present situation of management and the basic situation of labor subcontract management, and points out the related problems in the management of labor subcontract. Chapter 4th, according to the problems and reasons, puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems, including setting up principles, strengthening the system and improving the quality of personnel. Strengthen process management and other aspects. Chapter 5th puts forward some safeguard measures to perfect labor subcontract management. 6th chapter conclusion.
