【摘要】：毫無疑問項目管理是完成項目的有效管理工具和方法,但是對于企業(yè)而言,僅僅完成單個項目還遠遠不夠。成功的企業(yè)都自己獨特的盈利模式,盈利模式就是企業(yè)的經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,企業(yè)要成功,必須要有對的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,并且快速高效的通過一個又一個的項目去實現(xiàn)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。企業(yè)的項目需要和企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)緊密的結(jié)合,所實施的項目要符合和服務(wù)于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,這就是組織級項目管理。項目管理的目的是以項目完成為目標(biāo),組織級項目管理是以完成和實現(xiàn)組織戰(zhàn)略為目標(biāo),所以組織級項目管理才是企業(yè)成功的有效管理工具。組織級項目管理是連接組織戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)和項目成功之間的橋梁,組織級項目管理成熟度模型OPM3(Organizational Project Management Maturity Model)則是評估企業(yè)項目與戰(zhàn)略符合程度,提高企業(yè)項目管理水平的有效工具。項目完成很重要,符合于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的項目的完成更重要!任何不符合于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的項目都是浪費,都不應(yīng)該被實施。企業(yè)的資源都是有限的,我們必須把有限的資源分配給最符合企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的項目并完成它,才能使企業(yè)獲得成功,成為有競爭力的企業(yè)。制造業(yè)是我國國民經(jīng)濟的重要支柱和基礎(chǔ),對國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到十分重要的作用,大量的制造業(yè)企業(yè)還是以傳統(tǒng)營運管理方式為主,為了適應(yīng)時代的發(fā)展,提高我國制造業(yè)企業(yè)的競爭力,采用組織級項目管理是行之有效的方法和工具。本文對照明制造行業(yè)的T公司進行研究和分析,分析組織級項目化管理對T公司的必要性和可行性,公司實施項目化管理后會帶來哪些變化,實施組織級項目管理后企業(yè)的競爭力如何得以提升,然后運用組織級項目管理成熟度模型評價企業(yè)當(dāng)前的組織級項目管理水平,得出評估結(jié)果報告,以在此報告為基礎(chǔ),找出不足點并給出具體改進的方案和措施,使公司建立起項目管理文化,提高公司的競爭力,實現(xiàn)其戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。本文總結(jié)出了基于OPM3模型的組織級項目管理成熟度水平的評估方法,并運用此評估結(jié)果給T公司提升組織級項目管理成熟度水平提出了建議和方案,希望對具有相似背景的其他制造業(yè)的企業(yè)組織級項目管理的提升也有一定的借鑒和參考作用。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that project management is an effective management tool and method to complete a project, but it is not enough for an enterprise to complete a single project. Successful enterprises have their own unique profit model, and the profit model is the business strategy of the enterprise. To be successful, an enterprise must have the right enterprise strategy, and quickly and efficiently realize the enterprise strategy through one project after another. The enterprise project needs to be closely integrated with the strategic objectives of the enterprise. The implementation of the project should conform to and serve the enterprise strategy, which is the organizational level project management. The purpose of project management is to complete the project as the goal, the organizational level project management is to complete and realize the organizational strategy as the goal, Therefore, the organizational level project management is the effective management tool for the success of the enterprise. The organizational level project management is the bridge between the strategic objectives of the organization and the success of the project. OPM3(Organizational Project Management Maturity Model is an effective tool to evaluate the conformity between enterprise project and strategy, and to improve the level of enterprise project management. Project completion is very important, and the completion of project in line with enterprise strategic goal is more important! Any project that is not in line with the strategic objectives of the enterprise is wasteful and should not be implemented. The resources of the enterprise are limited. We must allocate the limited resources to the project that is most in line with the strategic objectives of the enterprise and complete it. The manufacturing industry is an important pillar and foundation of our national economy and plays a very important role in the development of the national economy. In order to adapt to the development of the times and improve the competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises in China, a large number of manufacturing enterprises are still dominated by traditional operation and management methods. It is an effective method and tool to adopt organization level project management. This paper studies and analyzes T Company in lighting manufacturing industry, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of organization level project management for T Company. What changes will the company bring after the implementation of project management, and how to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise after the implementation of organizational level project management, and then use the organizational level project management maturity model to evaluate the current level of organizational project management. A report on the results of the assessment, based on which deficiencies are identified and specific improvement programmes and measures are given to enable the company to establish a culture of project management and enhance its competitiveness, In order to achieve its strategic goal, this paper summarizes the evaluation methods of project management maturity level at the organizational level based on OPM3 model, and puts forward some suggestions and schemes for T Company to improve the level of project management maturity level at the organizational level. It is hoped that the promotion of organizational level project management in other manufacturing enterprises with similar background can also be used for reference.
