政府回應:政府公信力產(chǎn)生機制的“供給側(cè)”

【摘要】：政府回應是政府公信力最直接的來源,政府回應的缺失會導致政府公信力的下降。在政府公信力這一"產(chǎn)品"的生產(chǎn)過程中,人民的訴求即是"需求側(cè)",政府回應無疑是"供給側(cè)"。正如社會經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域正在從拉動需求轉(zhuǎn)向供給側(cè)改革一樣,政府公信力的提升也需要轉(zhuǎn)變依靠人民的被動服從、偏向于政府權(quán)威的天然性的"需求側(cè)"觀念,轉(zhuǎn)向更重視政府行為的科學性和合理性,建立及時、有效和更具主動性、超前性的政府回應機制的"供給側(cè)"理念。
