【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國正處于社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期,政府公共服務(wù)的供給不足以及市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的激烈競爭,一些不平等、不公正的社會(huì)現(xiàn)象伴隨出現(xiàn),而志愿精神的推廣和志愿行動(dòng)的開展能夠有效地補(bǔ)充政府行為和市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的缺陷,促進(jìn)不同群體之間的交流和融合,成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)文明進(jìn)步的重要標(biāo)志。重慶市志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)開始于90年代初,經(jīng)過20余年的發(fā)展,重慶市志愿服務(wù)的項(xiàng)目和領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,并取得了良好的社會(huì)效益。大學(xué)生志愿者作為志愿者隊(duì)伍的主力軍,以其志愿性、無償性、公益性、服務(wù)性等基本特征,在促進(jìn)重慶市各地區(qū)的文明進(jìn)步、滿足社會(huì)公眾多元需求和維護(hù)人際關(guān)系和諧等方面發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的積極作用,逐漸成為社會(huì)公共服務(wù)供給體系的重要組成部分。但由于重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者組織及志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)起步較晚,大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制仍不成熟,造成大學(xué)生志愿者隊(duì)伍不穩(wěn)定、志愿服務(wù)質(zhì)量不高等問題的出現(xiàn),嚴(yán)重影響了重慶市大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,如何完善大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制,調(diào)動(dòng)大學(xué)生志愿者參與志愿服務(wù)的積極性及主動(dòng)性,提高其服務(wù)質(zhì)量和水平,促進(jìn)重慶市志愿服務(wù)事業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展這一問題顯得尤為重要。本文通過分析國內(nèi)外有關(guān)志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)大學(xué)生志愿者及大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制的相關(guān)概念及理論進(jìn)行梳理、歸納和總結(jié),同時(shí)對(duì)重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制展開問卷調(diào)查,并結(jié)合重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出當(dāng)前重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的問題及原因,并從理念、運(yùn)行環(huán)境、制度及管理四個(gè)方面提出優(yōu)化對(duì)策。本文總共分為六個(gè)部分。第1章主要闡述了本文研究的由來及其研究背景和意義,梳理了志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制相關(guān)的國內(nèi)外研究狀況,并對(duì)本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法作了簡要說明。第2章是概念界定和理念基礎(chǔ),對(duì)志愿服務(wù)、大學(xué)生志愿者、激勵(lì)及大學(xué)生激勵(lì)機(jī)制的概念進(jìn)行了界定,并介紹了本文研究的理論基礎(chǔ),即人性假設(shè)理論和激勵(lì)理論。第3章通過對(duì)重慶市三所高校大學(xué)生志愿者的問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)合重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析當(dāng)前重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的問題。第4章針對(duì)以上重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制存在的問題,進(jìn)行原因分析。第5章是本文研究的結(jié)果,根據(jù)前文分析,綜合各影響因素,針對(duì)當(dāng)前重慶市實(shí)際情況,從理念、運(yùn)行環(huán)境、制度及管理四個(gè)方面提出優(yōu)化重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制的建議。第6章是本文的研究結(jié)論與展望。大學(xué)生志愿者激勵(lì)機(jī)制的不斷完善,對(duì)于促進(jìn)重慶市大學(xué)生志愿者隊(duì)伍建設(shè),提高志愿服務(wù)水平和質(zhì)量具有重大意義,同時(shí)由于本文的調(diào)研深度方面還存在著諸多問題,還需要進(jìn)一步地學(xué)習(xí)和拓展。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of social transformation, the supply of government public services is insufficient and the fierce competition of market economy, some unequal and unfair social phenomena are accompanied by the emergence of social phenomena. The promotion of volunteerism and the development of voluntary action can effectively supplement the defects of government behavior and market economy, promote the communication and integration among different groups, and become an important symbol of the progress of civilization in today's society. The cause of voluntary service in Chongqing began in the early 1990s. After more than 20 years of development, the projects and fields of voluntary service in Chongqing have been continuously expanded, and good social benefits have been achieved. As the main force of the volunteer team, college student volunteers, with their voluntary, unpaid, public welfare, service and other basic characteristics, are promoting the civilization and progress of various regions of Chongqing. It plays an important and positive role in meeting the pluralistic needs of the public and maintaining the harmony of interpersonal relations, and has gradually become an important part of the social public service supply system. However, due to the late start of college students' volunteer organizations and voluntary service activities in Chongqing, the incentive mechanism of college students' volunteers is still immature, resulting in the instability of college students' volunteer team and the low quality of voluntary service. It has seriously affected the development of voluntary service for college students in Chongqing. Therefore, how to improve the incentive mechanism of college students' volunteers, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of college students' volunteers to participate in voluntary service, and improve their service quality and level. It is particularly important to promote the sustainable and healthy development of voluntary service in Chongqing. Based on the analysis of the research status of volunteer incentive mechanism at home and abroad, this paper combs, sums up and summarizes the related concepts and theories of college students' volunteers and college students' volunteer incentive mechanism. At the same time, a questionnaire survey is carried out on the volunteer incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing, and combined with the present situation of the development of the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing, the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing are found out, and from the concept, The optimization countermeasures are put forward from four aspects: operating environment, system and management. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter mainly expounds the origin, research background and significance of this study, combs the research status of volunteer incentive mechanism at home and abroad, and briefly explains the research contents and methods of this paper. The second chapter is the concept definition and the concept foundation, has carried on the definition to the volunteer service, the university student volunteer, the incentive and the university student incentive mechanism concept, and has introduced the theoretical foundation of this article research, namely the human nature hypothesis theory and the incentive theory. In chapter 3, through the questionnaire survey of college students' volunteers in Chongqing, combined with the present situation of the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing, the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing are analyzed. Chapter 4 analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing. The fifth chapter is the results of this paper, according to the previous analysis, synthesis of various influencing factors, in view of the current situation in Chongqing, from the concept, operating environment, Four aspects of system and management put forward suggestions to optimize the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing. Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. The continuous improvement of the incentive mechanism of college students' volunteers is of great significance to promote the construction of college students' volunteer team in Chongqing and improve the level and quality of voluntary service. At the same time, due to the depth of research in this paper, there are still many problems. There is also a need for further study and expansion.
