重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制研究

【摘要】:當前,我國正處于社會轉型期,政府公共服務的供給不足以及市場經濟的激烈競爭,一些不平等、不公正的社會現(xiàn)象伴隨出現(xiàn),而志愿精神的推廣和志愿行動的開展能夠有效地補充政府行為和市場經濟的缺陷,促進不同群體之間的交流和融合,成為當今社會文明進步的重要標志。重慶市志愿服務事業(yè)開始于90年代初,經過20余年的發(fā)展,重慶市志愿服務的項目和領域不斷拓展,并取得了良好的社會效益。大學生志愿者作為志愿者隊伍的主力軍,以其志愿性、無償性、公益性、服務性等基本特征,在促進重慶市各地區(qū)的文明進步、滿足社會公眾多元需求和維護人際關系和諧等方面發(fā)揮著至關重要的積極作用,逐漸成為社會公共服務供給體系的重要組成部分。但由于重慶市大學生志愿者組織及志愿服務活動起步較晚,大學生志愿者激勵機制仍不成熟,造成大學生志愿者隊伍不穩(wěn)定、志愿服務質量不高等問題的出現(xiàn),嚴重影響了重慶市大學生志愿服務事業(yè)的發(fā)展。因此,如何完善大學生志愿者激勵機制,調動大學生志愿者參與志愿服務的積極性及主動性,提高其服務質量和水平,促進重慶市志愿服務事業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展這一問題顯得尤為重要。本文通過分析國內外有關志愿者激勵機制的研究現(xiàn)狀,對大學生志愿者及大學生志愿者激勵機制的相關概念及理論進行梳理、歸納和總結,同時對重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制展開問卷調查,并結合重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,找出當前重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制存在的問題及原因,并從理念、運行環(huán)境、制度及管理四個方面提出優(yōu)化對策。本文總共分為六個部分。第1章主要闡述了本文研究的由來及其研究背景和意義,梳理了志愿者激勵機制相關的國內外研究狀況,并對本文的研究內容和方法作了簡要說明。第2章是概念界定和理念基礎,對志愿服務、大學生志愿者、激勵及大學生激勵機制的概念進行了界定,并介紹了本文研究的理論基礎,即人性假設理論和激勵理論。第3章通過對重慶市三所高校大學生志愿者的問卷調查,結合重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析當前重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制存在的問題。第4章針對以上重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制存在的問題,進行原因分析。第5章是本文研究的結果,根據前文分析,綜合各影響因素,針對當前重慶市實際情況,從理念、運行環(huán)境、制度及管理四個方面提出優(yōu)化重慶市大學生志愿者激勵機制的建議。第6章是本文的研究結論與展望。大學生志愿者激勵機制的不斷完善,對于促進重慶市大學生志愿者隊伍建設,提高志愿服務水平和質量具有重大意義,同時由于本文的調研深度方面還存在著諸多問題,還需要進一步地學習和拓展。
[Abstract]:At present, China is in the period of social transformation, the supply of government public services is insufficient and the fierce competition of market economy, some unequal and unfair social phenomena are accompanied by the emergence of social phenomena. The promotion of volunteerism and the development of voluntary action can effectively supplement the defects of government behavior and market economy, promote the communication and integration among different groups, and become an important symbol of the progress of civilization in today's society. The cause of voluntary service in Chongqing began in the early 1990s. After more than 20 years of development, the projects and fields of voluntary service in Chongqing have been continuously expanded, and good social benefits have been achieved. As the main force of the volunteer team, college student volunteers, with their voluntary, unpaid, public welfare, service and other basic characteristics, are promoting the civilization and progress of various regions of Chongqing. It plays an important and positive role in meeting the pluralistic needs of the public and maintaining the harmony of interpersonal relations, and has gradually become an important part of the social public service supply system. However, due to the late start of college students' volunteer organizations and voluntary service activities in Chongqing, the incentive mechanism of college students' volunteers is still immature, resulting in the instability of college students' volunteer team and the low quality of voluntary service. It has seriously affected the development of voluntary service for college students in Chongqing. Therefore, how to improve the incentive mechanism of college students' volunteers, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of college students' volunteers to participate in voluntary service, and improve their service quality and level. It is particularly important to promote the sustainable and healthy development of voluntary service in Chongqing. Based on the analysis of the research status of volunteer incentive mechanism at home and abroad, this paper combs, sums up and summarizes the related concepts and theories of college students' volunteers and college students' volunteer incentive mechanism. At the same time, a questionnaire survey is carried out on the volunteer incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing, and combined with the present situation of the development of the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing, the problems and causes of the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing are found out, and from the concept, The optimization countermeasures are put forward from four aspects: operating environment, system and management. This paper is divided into six parts. The first chapter mainly expounds the origin, research background and significance of this study, combs the research status of volunteer incentive mechanism at home and abroad, and briefly explains the research contents and methods of this paper. The second chapter is the concept definition and the concept foundation, has carried on the definition to the volunteer service, the university student volunteer, the incentive and the university student incentive mechanism concept, and has introduced the theoretical foundation of this article research, namely the human nature hypothesis theory and the incentive theory. In chapter 3, through the questionnaire survey of college students' volunteers in Chongqing, combined with the present situation of the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing, the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing are analyzed. Chapter 4 analyzes the reasons for the problems existing in the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing. The fifth chapter is the results of this paper, according to the previous analysis, synthesis of various influencing factors, in view of the current situation in Chongqing, from the concept, operating environment, Four aspects of system and management put forward suggestions to optimize the incentive mechanism of college students in Chongqing. Chapter 6 is the conclusion and prospect of this paper. The continuous improvement of the incentive mechanism of college students' volunteers is of great significance to promote the construction of college students' volunteer team in Chongqing and improve the level and quality of voluntary service. At the same time, due to the depth of research in this paper, there are still many problems. There is also a need for further study and expansion.
