論政府危機(jī)公關(guān)中的對(duì)抗式解讀

【摘要】：處于急劇轉(zhuǎn)型和“風(fēng)險(xiǎn)社會(huì)”的中國(guó),危機(jī)事件日增,在新傳播環(huán)境下更面臨嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。令人擔(dān)憂(yōu)的是,幾乎在所有危機(jī)公關(guān)中都不同程度地遭遇到公眾的“對(duì)抗式解讀”,這一現(xiàn)象在我國(guó)政府危機(jī)公關(guān)中尤為突出。針對(duì)此一現(xiàn)象,本文采用案例研究法,以對(duì)大量案例的分析為基礎(chǔ),并援引傳播學(xué)的經(jīng)典理論,對(duì)此現(xiàn)象作一初步研究。本文首先從內(nèi)容和形式兩個(gè)方面分析了政府危機(jī)公關(guān)中對(duì)抗式解讀的外在特征,接著從編碼者、解碼者、文本、信息管道等四個(gè)維度闡述了我國(guó)政府危機(jī)公關(guān)中對(duì)抗式解讀產(chǎn)生的原因,并嘗試著提出消解對(duì)抗式解讀的策略和辦法。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),危機(jī)公關(guān)主體“失語(yǔ)”、文本“失真”、信息管道不暢、解碼者迷失是造成我國(guó)危機(jī)公關(guān)中對(duì)抗式解讀的主要原因。對(duì)此,本文提出從自身出發(fā)減少對(duì)抗源,高效利用媒介消除“噪聲”,并適當(dāng)適時(shí)引入“第三方力量”等對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:In the rapid transformation and "risk society" of China, the crisis events are increasing day by day, and are facing severe challenges in the new communication environment. Worryingly, almost all crisis public relations have been exposed to the "adversarial interpretation" of the public to varying degrees, which is particularly prominent in the government crisis public relations of our country. In view of this phenomenon, this paper uses the case study method, based on the analysis of a large number of cases, and cites the classical theory of communication to make a preliminary study of this phenomenon. This paper first analyzes the external characteristics of antagonistic interpretation in government crisis public relations from two aspects of content and form, and then expounds the causes of adversarial interpretation in Chinese government crisis public relations from four dimensions: coder, decoder, text and information pipeline, and tries to put forward some strategies and methods to eliminate the adversarial interpretation. It is found that the main cause of adversarial interpretation in crisis public relations in China is the "aphasia" of the subject of crisis public relations, the "distortion" of the text, the poor information pipeline and the loss of the decoder. In view of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as reducing the resistance to the source, efficiently using the media to eliminate the "noise", and introducing the "third party force" in due course.
