教育人性化的承認正義原則

【摘要】:如果說正義是教育人性化的首要價值原則,那么承認正義則是教育人性化的根本法則。教育人性化的承認正義是為了避免羞辱或蔑視,獲得尊重和尊嚴,通過教育交往實現(xiàn)自我發(fā)展和認同的倫理形式,較之于分配正義和關(guān)系正義,教育人性化的承認正義更具有核心的價值地位。教育人性化的承認正義原則以互動正義和實踐性正義為前提,以權(quán)利承認、社會承認和愛的多元正義為具體內(nèi)容和形式,促進平等對待和道德關(guān)懷,保護學生的完整人格,維護學生的平等和尊嚴。
[Abstract]:If justice is the primary value principle of humanization of education, then acknowledging justice is the fundamental rule of humanization of education. In order to avoid humiliation or contempt, to gain respect and dignity, to realize self-development and identity through educational communication, the humanized recognition of justice in education is to avoid humiliation or contempt, as opposed to distributive justice and relational justice. The recognition of education humanization has the core value status. The principle of humanized recognition of justice in education is based on interactive justice and practical justice, and on the recognition of rights, social recognition and plural justice of love as the concrete content and form, to promote equal treatment and moral care, and to protect the students' complete personality. To safeguard the equality and dignity of students.
