高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中“內(nèi)生模式”與“外控模式”的協(xié)同效應(yīng)

【摘要】:重視教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)前國家教育改革的重要趨勢。高校教師專業(yè)發(fā)展與高校教師內(nèi)心自我需要相關(guān),也與教師所在的組織和社會環(huán)境、需求相關(guān)。文章從馬斯洛需求理論的分析、教師評價體系的導(dǎo)向作用以及基于高校文化的思考三個方面,探討教師專業(yè)發(fā)展"內(nèi)生模式"的動力取向;提出教師發(fā)展"外控模式"的協(xié)同實踐,包括教師自主發(fā)展平臺的構(gòu)建、大學(xué)組織制度的平衡、教師學(xué)習(xí)共同體的實踐。
[Abstract]:It has become an important trend of national education reform to pay attention to teachers' professional development. The professional development of teachers in colleges and universities is related to their inner self-needs as well as to their organization and social environment. Based on the analysis of Maslow's demand theory, the guiding role of teacher evaluation system and the thinking based on university culture, this paper probes into the dynamic orientation of "endogenous mode" of teacher professional development. This paper puts forward the cooperative practice of "external control mode" in teacher development, including the construction of teacher self-development platform, the balance of university organization system, and the practice of teacher learning community.
