【摘要】：針對(duì)以往生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中存在的問題,對(duì)機(jī)械工程專業(yè)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)進(jìn)行改革。堅(jiān)持以問題為導(dǎo)向,推出了提高生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)質(zhì)量的系列改革舉措,包括生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)的管理模式、實(shí)習(xí)基地建設(shè)、生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)的過程管理以及調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生實(shí)習(xí)主觀能動(dòng)性等。經(jīng)費(fèi)保障是推進(jìn)生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)改革的重要條件,而實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容落實(shí)則是關(guān)鍵。從改革效果來看,實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)涵得到加強(qiáng),提升了學(xué)生的實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力、崗位適應(yīng)能力和就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:In view of the problems existing in the past production practice, the reform of production practice in mechanical engineering specialty is carried out. A series of reform measures have been put forward to improve the quality of production practice, including the management mode of production practice, the construction of practice base, the process management of production practice and the mobilization of students' subjective initiative. The guarantee of funds is an important condition to promote the reform of production practice, and the implementation of the content of practice is the key. From the point of view of the reform effect, the connotation of practice has been strengthened, and the students' practical ability, post adaptability and employment competitiveness have been enhanced.
