大學新生學習倦怠與學習投入:希望特質(zhì)的調(diào)節(jié)作用——基于北大醫(yī)學新生的實證研究

【摘要】:近年來,大學生學習倦怠和學習投入受到了國內(nèi)外研究者的普遍關(guān)注。降低學習倦怠,提高學習投入直接關(guān)系到學生的健康成長。希望是一個積極的心理特質(zhì),被認為在壓力應對過程中起到調(diào)節(jié)作用。本研究通過對五百余名北京大學2014級醫(yī)學新生的調(diào)查,發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)學新生的學習投入處于中等水平,希望特質(zhì)與學習投入正相關(guān),與學習倦怠負相關(guān)。希望特質(zhì)能夠緩沖學習倦怠對學習投入的影響,希望特質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)在學生教育中有重要作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, college students' learning burnout and learning investment have received widespread attention from researchers at home and abroad. Reducing learning burnout and increasing learning engagement are directly related to the healthy growth of students. Hope is a positive psychological trait. It is believed to play a regulatory role in stress response. Through a survey of more than 500 medical freshmen in Peking University in 2014, it was found that the learning commitment of medical freshmen was at a moderate level, and the hope trait was positively correlated with learning investment. Hope trait can buffer the influence of learning burnout on learning input, and the cultivation of hope trait plays an important role in student education.
