【摘要】：我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展與科技水平的日益提升,在高等教育大眾化的背景下出現(xiàn)了一大批新建本科院校,其中部分本科院校是以舉辦本科層次的技術(shù)教育為特色的,這類院校我們稱之為技術(shù)本科院校。經(jīng)過若干年的發(fā)展,這些院校目前仍處于發(fā)展的初級(jí)階段,很多都在摸索之中,因此關(guān)于該類型院校的研究在教育界也是熱點(diǎn)之一。同時(shí),事實(shí)已經(jīng)證明,產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作是各類高校發(fā)展的一大支撐與保障。產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作對(duì)技術(shù)本科院校的重要性是毋庸置疑的。技術(shù)本科院校的產(chǎn)學(xué)研開展并不是一帆風(fēng)順的。�？茖哟芜z留的問題沒有解決,在舉辦本科層次技術(shù)教育的新的歷史階段新的問題又層出不窮。產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作無論是在理論研究層面還是在實(shí)踐操作層面都較為不足。因此,我們現(xiàn)在面臨的最嚴(yán)峻的問題就是如何改善技術(shù)本科院校的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作現(xiàn)狀。 本研究探討的是技術(shù)本科院校的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作問題,在充分理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上通過對(duì)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、問題與原因探究、對(duì)策分析,旨在本從實(shí)際出發(fā)了解現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,立足于實(shí)踐,在充分調(diào)查研究和理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,從產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的外部條件和內(nèi)部條件兩個(gè)角度出發(fā)來談?wù)勅绾胃倪M(jìn)目前的狀況。 第一章主要是通過以文獻(xiàn)梳理的方式,搜集資料、信息,盡可能多的了解、掌握目前已有的關(guān)于技術(shù)本科、產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的種種研究,總結(jié)已有研究中的優(yōu)點(diǎn)以及不足,為筆者的研究打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 第二章主要是從實(shí)然的角度,介紹目前技術(shù)本科院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作實(shí)際開展情況和存在的不足,現(xiàn)狀主要包括合作的模式、內(nèi)容、支持力度、管理體制四個(gè)方面,在研究中發(fā)現(xiàn)其不足主要體現(xiàn)在合作各方定位不到位、人才培養(yǎng)難以實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)期目標(biāo)、機(jī)制難以持續(xù)有效運(yùn)行這三大問題。 第三章主要是從應(yīng)然的角度,分析技術(shù)應(yīng)用型人才的知識(shí)和能力結(jié)構(gòu)特征,旨在明確該類院校的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的方向的基礎(chǔ)上清晰的表明技術(shù)部本科院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的基本原則和實(shí)施路徑。 第四章主要是選取了南京工程學(xué)院和上海電機(jī)學(xué)院作為案例加以分析,尋求這兩所學(xué)校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作成功的原因。 第五章在前面理論分析和實(shí)踐了解的基礎(chǔ)上,提出改善技術(shù)本科院校產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的一些建議。主要包括外部的發(fā)揮政府職能、建立社會(huì)化服務(wù)體系以及內(nèi)部的準(zhǔn)確的目標(biāo)和定位、構(gòu)建產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作創(chuàng)新機(jī)制的構(gòu)建這四點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of science and technology, a large number of new undergraduate colleges have emerged in the context of the popularization of higher education, some of which are characterized by the holding of technical education at the undergraduate level.Such colleges are called technical colleges.After several years of development, these colleges are still in the initial stage of development, many of them are groping, so the research on this type of colleges is also one of the hot spots in the field of education.At the same time, the facts have proved that the cooperation between industry, college and research is a support and guarantee for the development of various colleges and universities.There is no doubt about the importance of the cooperation of industry, university and research to technical undergraduate colleges and universities.The development of technical undergraduate colleges and universities is not smooth sailing.The problems left over at the specialized level have not been solved, and new problems have emerged in the new historical stage of organizing the technical education at the undergraduate level.The cooperation of industry, university and research is insufficient in both theoretical research and practical operation.Therefore, we are now facing the most serious problem is how to improve the current situation of technical colleges and universities.This research is to discuss the cooperation between industry, university and research in technical undergraduate colleges. On the basis of full theoretical research, the purpose of this study is to understand the present situation and find out the problems from the practical point of view through the investigation of the present situation, the exploration of the problems and the analysis of the reasons, the countermeasures and the analysis of the countermeasures.Based on practice and on the basis of full investigation and theoretical analysis, this paper discusses how to improve the present situation from the external and internal conditions of industry-university-research cooperation.The first chapter is to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the existing research on undergraduate technology, industry, college and research cooperation through the way of literature combing, collecting data, information, understanding as much as possible, and mastering all kinds of existing research on technical undergraduate, industry, college and research cooperation.Lay a solid theoretical foundation for the author's research.The second chapter is mainly from the actual angle, introduces the actual development of the current technical undergraduate colleges and universities and the shortcomings of the actual cooperation, the current situation mainly includes the mode of cooperation, content, support strength, management system four aspects,In the research, it is found that its shortcomings are mainly reflected in the three major problems: the localization of the partners is not in place, the talent training is difficult to achieve the expected goal, and the mechanism is difficult to run effectively and continuously.The third chapter is to analyze the structural characteristics of knowledge and ability of technical applied talents from the perspective of what should be.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the direction of industry-university-research cooperation in this kind of colleges and universities, and to clearly show the basic principles and implementation paths of the industry-university-research cooperation in technical undergraduate colleges and universities.The fourth chapter mainly selects Nanjing Institute of Engineering and Shanghai Institute of Electrical Engineering as the case study to seek the reasons for the success of the cooperation between the two schools.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical understanding, the fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to improve the cooperation between industry, college and research.It mainly includes four suggestions: external exertion of government function, establishment of socialized service system, accurate target and orientation inside, construction of innovative mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation.
