【摘要】：高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)是由學(xué)生依據(jù)共同的興趣愛(ài)好自愿組成,按照社團(tuán)章程自主開(kāi)展活動(dòng)的大學(xué)生群體中的群眾性組織,是實(shí)施素質(zhì)教育的重要途徑和有效載體。隨著我國(guó)高等教育改革進(jìn)程不斷深入,高校招生規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)作為大學(xué)生進(jìn)行自我教育、自我管理、自我塑造、自我提高的重要陣地得到了迅猛發(fā)展。相對(duì)于高校班級(jí)的影響力和凝聚力越來(lái)越小,而學(xué)生社團(tuán)的影響力逐漸增大,高校社團(tuán)對(duì)大學(xué)生的政治情感和道德社會(huì)化的推進(jìn)作用凸顯。與此同時(shí),隨著我國(guó)改革進(jìn)程的不斷深入以及社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的建立,大學(xué)生的人生價(jià)值取向也逐漸趨向于多元化,特別是隨著高等教育大眾化時(shí)代的到來(lái),高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)也出現(xiàn)了許多新情況、新問(wèn)題,高校大學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理和健康發(fā)展正面臨著嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。若仍以傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式進(jìn)行管理,不僅學(xué)生社團(tuán)的功用難以在實(shí)踐中得到充分發(fā)揮,更可能影響著高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的生存和發(fā)展。如何理清高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理現(xiàn)狀,深入研究高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而探索并建立適合新時(shí)期高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理模式,更加科學(xué)有效地管理和引導(dǎo)學(xué)生社團(tuán)健康發(fā)展,使其在學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才中發(fā)揮更大的作用,成為當(dāng)前高校學(xué)生教育與管理工作的重要課題。 為了宏觀認(rèn)識(shí)我國(guó)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的現(xiàn)狀及其運(yùn)作模式,便于對(duì)學(xué)生社團(tuán)進(jìn)行及時(shí)、有效的管理和建設(shè),本文以中西高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)作為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)比較研究中西高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)不同的文化形成背景、不同的運(yùn)作模式以及所產(chǎn)生的不同教育效果,并對(duì)中西高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的制度建設(shè)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)功能、管理模式等幾方面進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)而全面的分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了適合我國(guó)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)健康發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議。 本文主要分為四章來(lái)進(jìn)行論述： 第一章引言,主要分析了本課題的選題背景、研究意義,詳細(xì)闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)于該問(wèn)題的研究成果和相關(guān)理論,并提出了論文的主要研究方法和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。 第二章是中西高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)概述,介紹了中西方高校社團(tuán)的基本內(nèi)涵,類型、特點(diǎn)和作用,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行界定評(píng)析,對(duì)中西方高校社團(tuán)進(jìn)行了基本的理論解析。 第三章是中西高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)的管理與建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀研究,本章從中西高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)管理與建設(shè)方面進(jìn)行比較研究,通過(guò)社團(tuán)管理政策、管理機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生、活動(dòng)與經(jīng)費(fèi)管理、管理與建設(shè)理念等幾方面的比較研究,進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的闡述,并對(duì)其異同點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了歸結(jié)。 第四章是加強(qiáng)我國(guó)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)建設(shè)的對(duì)策,是通過(guò)第三章的比較研究,把其研究成果運(yùn)用到我國(guó)高校社團(tuán)建設(shè)的過(guò)程。主要內(nèi)容是在加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)建設(shè)、保障機(jī)制和如何促進(jìn)學(xué)生社團(tuán)的思想政治教育功能的發(fā)揮和社團(tuán)自身建設(shè)等幾方面進(jìn)行論述。
[Abstract]:The college student association is a mass organization among the college students, which is formed voluntarily by the students according to their common interests and hobbies. It is an important way and an effective carrier to carry out the quality education.With the deepening of the reform of higher education in our country and the expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities, the college student associations, as an important position of self-education, self-management, self-shaping and self-improvement, have developed rapidly.Compared with the influence and cohesion of the university class, the influence of the student community is gradually increasing, and the role of the university community in promoting the political emotion and moral socialization of the college students is prominent.At the same time, with the deepening of China's reform process and the establishment of the socialist market economic system, the value orientation of college students' life gradually tends to be diversified, especially with the arrival of the era of mass higher education.There are many new situations and problems in college student associations. The management and healthy development of college student associations are facing severe challenges.If the traditional management mode of student association is still adopted, not only the function of student association is difficult to give full play in practice, but also the survival and development of college student association is likely to be affected.How to clear up the current situation of college student association management, deeply study the existing problems of university student association management, and then explore and establish a suitable management mode for college student association in the new period, and more scientifically and effectively manage and guide the healthy development of student association.Making it play a greater role in the development of students has become an important subject in the education and management of college students.In order to understand the present situation and operation mode of college student associations in China macroscopically, and to facilitate the timely and effective management and construction of student associations, this paper takes the students' associations of Chinese and Western colleges and universities as the research object.Through the comparative study of different cultural backgrounds, different operating modes and different educational effects of student associations in Chinese and Western colleges and universities, this paper also makes a comparative study on the system construction, development status and characteristics of student associations in Chinese and Western colleges and universities.On the basis of the systematic and comprehensive analysis of the management mode, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions suitable for the healthy development of college students' associations in China.This paper is divided into four chapters to discuss:The first chapter mainly analyzes the background and significance of the topic, expounds the research results and related theories at home and abroad, and puts forward the main research methods and innovation points of the thesis.The second chapter is an overview of Chinese and Western college student associations, introduces the basic connotation, types, characteristics and functions of the Chinese and Western university associations, and defines and comments on them, and makes a basic theoretical analysis of the Chinese and Western university associations.The third chapter is the current situation of the management and construction of student associations in Chinese and western colleges and universities. This chapter makes a comparative study on the management and construction of student associations in Chinese and western colleges and universities, through the management policy of association, the generation of management organizations, the management of activities and funds.This paper makes a systematic exposition of management and construction concept, and summarizes the similarities and differences.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of college students' associations in our country. Through the comparative study in the third chapter, the research results are applied to the process of the construction of university associations in our country.The main content is to strengthen the leadership construction, guarantee mechanism, how to promote the ideological and political education function of student associations and the construction of the community itself.
