沈陽(yáng)Y房地產(chǎn)公司G小區(qū)開(kāi)發(fā)投資效益分析
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and deepening of the market economy in China, the competition between various industries is becoming increasingly fierce, especially in the real estate development enterprises. Therefore, how to promote the study of real estate investment theory and real estate development enterprises has become an extremely important subject in contemporary history. Therefore, how to make use of market information economy, real estate investment theory and game theory is very important. At the same time, it is very important to improve the ability of industry competition and investment management, which is related to the survival and development of enterprises in the market competition environment, and to ensure the steady and sustainable growth of enterprises. Based on the knowledge of market science and economics, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the relevant basic theories, background, economic benefits, social benefits and conclusions and suggestions of real estate project investment and development. In order to benefit the investment benefit analysis of the project, this paper takes the G district development project of Shenyang Y Real Estate Company as an example, comprehensively expounds the feasibility study theory, the concrete scheme of implementation, the market orientation and the competitive ability analysis of the project. Uncertainty analysis, environmental and social impact analysis and investment benefit evaluation. The purpose of this paper is to provide a theoretical basis for the investment decision of the G district development project, and at the same time to provide a reference for the investment benefit analysis of other community development projects. The research shows that the implementation of the G community development project of Shenyang Y Real Estate Company can effectively improve the living environment and quality of life of residents in Liaozhong County, and improve the level of infrastructure in this city. Third, through the financial evaluation results of the G district development project and the project investment evaluation results, all the indicators of the project are in line with the relevant laws and regulations of the country. At the same time, it can effectively prove that the construction and implementation of the project is completely feasible and necessary.
