【摘要】：建筑業(yè)是我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè),目前建筑企業(yè)對(duì)外面臨激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),對(duì)內(nèi)面臨管理效率低下的問(wèn)題。面對(duì)行業(yè)整體低下的利潤(rùn)率和管理效率,各國(guó)研究人員探索將供應(yīng)鏈管理思想引入建筑,提出建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理以提高整體效益。但是目前,對(duì)于建筑供應(yīng)鏈上游供應(yīng)商和承包商的研究還不夠充分,而他們之間的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)又是不可忽視的。在傳統(tǒng)采購(gòu)方式下,供應(yīng)商和承包商以各自利益最大化為目標(biāo),忽視供應(yīng)鏈整體利益,使供應(yīng)鏈無(wú)法達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào)。針對(duì)這些缺陷,本文進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的研究。本文首先研究了建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理理論和供應(yīng)鏈契約理論,總結(jié)了建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理研究中存在的不足,并對(duì)收益共享契約應(yīng)用于建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理中進(jìn)行了分析�；�于以上研究,在建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理背景下,構(gòu)建了兩階供應(yīng)鏈的收益共享契約模型。通過(guò)對(duì)模型進(jìn)行分析,證明了收益共享契約能夠使建筑供應(yīng)鏈整體達(dá)到協(xié)調(diào),同時(shí)通過(guò)合適的契約參數(shù)設(shè)置,該契約模型能夠同時(shí)提高承包商和供應(yīng)商的期望收益,從而促使雙方積極建立合作伙伴關(guān)系,共同推進(jìn)建筑供應(yīng)鏈管理的實(shí)踐。由于工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的不確定因素較多,因此在上述研究基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步探討了工程需求發(fā)生變化時(shí),供應(yīng)商的合作態(tài)度問(wèn)題。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在收益共享契約模式下,無(wú)論采購(gòu)量增加還是減少,供應(yīng)商都傾向于采取合作態(tài)度,證明了收益共享契約收益共享,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分擔(dān)的作用。
[Abstract]:Construction industry is the pillar industry of our national economy. At present, construction enterprises are faced with fierce competition and low management efficiency. Faced with the low profit rate and management efficiency of the whole industry, researchers from all over the world have explored the idea of supply chain management in architecture, and put forward the idea of building supply chain management in order to improve the overall efficiency. But at present, the research on the upstream suppliers and contractors in the construction supply chain is not enough, and the procurement activities between them can not be ignored. In the traditional procurement mode, suppliers and contractors aim at maximizing their respective interests, ignoring the overall interests of the supply chain, so that the supply chain can not achieve coordination. In view of these defects, this paper has carried on the pertinence research. In this paper, the theory of architectural supply chain management and supply chain contract theory are studied, and the deficiencies in the research of construction supply chain management are summarized. The application of revenue-sharing contract in construction supply chain management is analyzed. Based on the above research, a two-order supply chain revenue sharing contract model is constructed under the background of construction supply chain management. Through the analysis of the model, it is proved that the revenue-sharing contract can make the whole construction supply chain coordinate, and at the same time, the contract model can improve the expected income of the contractor and the supplier simultaneously by setting the appropriate contract parameters. In order to promote the construction supply chain management practice, the two sides actively establish a partnership. Because there are many uncertain factors in engineering construction projects, the cooperation attitude of suppliers is further discussed on the basis of the above research. The results show that under the revenue-sharing contract model, the suppliers tend to adopt a cooperative attitude, regardless of whether the purchase volume increases or decreases, which proves the role of revenue-sharing contract and risk-sharing.
