全球價(jià)值鏈中中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)研究

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)90年代后,在汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)全球性擴(kuò)張和貿(mào)易自由化的趨勢(shì)下,跨國(guó)汽車(chē)公司將各價(jià)值環(huán)節(jié)分布到世界各個(gè)地區(qū),通過(guò)整合各國(guó)家的汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè),建立起由跨國(guó)公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的全球汽車(chē)工業(yè)價(jià)值鏈。隨著國(guó)際汽車(chē)貿(mào)易的不斷發(fā)展,發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的跨國(guó)汽車(chē)公司不斷地把非核心的業(yè)務(wù)分離出去。作為其剝離業(yè)務(wù)的承接地,中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于勞動(dòng)密集型的低附加值環(huán)節(jié),而產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、銷(xiāo)售與服務(wù)等高附加值環(huán)節(jié),仍舊被發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家控制,所以,中國(guó)必須加快產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)整車(chē)制造、零部件制造、銷(xiāo)售與售后服務(wù)、研發(fā)與設(shè)計(jì)以及品牌經(jīng)營(yíng)等環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明應(yīng)該通過(guò)自主創(chuàng)新的升級(jí)模式來(lái)構(gòu)建自己的全球汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈,通過(guò)逆向外包發(fā)展自己的核心技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí),徹底擺脫低附加值區(qū)域,獲取更高的利潤(rùn)與更強(qiáng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文首先說(shuō)明研究背景及問(wèn)題提出的原因,并闡明論文的研究目的與意義。其次,從驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)制、治理模式、產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)路徑等方面來(lái)說(shuō)明汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈的基礎(chǔ)理論。接著,分析了汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈的現(xiàn)狀,并分析了全球價(jià)值鏈中中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)升級(jí)的現(xiàn)狀。然后,通過(guò)多個(gè)指標(biāo)對(duì)中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明其國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力還比較低,必須進(jìn)一步升級(jí)。接著,從合資與自主創(chuàng)新兩種升級(jí)模式的角度來(lái)分析全球價(jià)值鏈中中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)路徑,提出可以通過(guò)逆向外包方式發(fā)展自己的核心技術(shù)并予以證明。最后,提出全球價(jià)值鏈中中國(guó)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:After the 1990s, under the trend of global expansion and trade liberalization of automobile industry, multinational automobile companies distributed the value links to all parts of the world, and by integrating the automobile industry of various countries, Establish a global automotive industry value chain led by multinational companies. With the continuous development of international auto trade, multinational automobile companies in developed countries continue to separate non-core business. As a place to undertake the divestiture, the Chinese automobile industry is in the labor-intensive low value-added link, and the high value-added links such as product development, sales and service are still controlled by the developed countries, so China must speed up the upgrading of the industry. This paper analyzes the whole vehicle manufacturing, parts manufacturing, sales and after-sales service, R & D and design, and brand management in China's automobile industry. It shows that we should construct our own global automobile industry value chain through independent innovation, develop our core technology through reverse outsourcing, realize industrial upgrading, and get rid of the low added value area completely. To achieve higher profits and stronger competitiveness. This paper first explains the research background and the cause of the problem, and clarifies the purpose and significance of the thesis. Secondly, the basic theory of global value chain of automobile industry is explained from driving mechanism, governance mode, industrial upgrading path and so on. Then, the paper analyzes the current situation of the global value chain of automobile industry, and analyzes the current situation of the upgrading of China's automobile industry in the global value chain. Then, by analyzing the international competitiveness of China's automobile industry, it shows that the international competitiveness of China's automobile industry is still low and must be further upgraded. Then, from the angle of joint venture and independent innovation, this paper analyzes the upgrading path of Chinese automobile industry in global value chain, and puts forward that we can develop our core technology through reverse outsourcing and prove it. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the upgrading of China's automobile industry in the global value chain.
