[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the international environment and economic globalization, more and more foreign-funded enterprises have come to China to open up their markets. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between South Korea and China in 1992, Korean enterprises have begun to realize that the rapidly developing Chinese market has great potential. Accelerated investment in the Chinese market. More than half of South Korean companies are in China, and China, South Korea's biggest trading partner, is getting closer and closer. In order to become a truly global enterprise in the fierce competition, it is necessary not only to have an accurate understanding and grasp of the management system of China, but also to strengthen the localization while reforming and innovating in the aspects of human resource management and so on. YLD, a large Korean food processing company in Qingdao, Shandong province, is faced with great market opportunities and challenges under the new development situation. How to optimize the YLD human resources management system, and how to optimize the YLD company's human resources management system, and how to optimize the YLD company's human resources management system, Improving the level of human resource management quickly and effectively has become an important problem to be solved by YLD. In this paper, YLD Company as the research object, the full text of the study is divided into the following six parts. The purpose of this paper is to improve the level of human resources management in YLD Company and to achieve the purpose of improving the economic performance of enterprises. At the same time, it provides a useful reference and reference for the optimization of human resources management system of other Korean enterprises in China. Firstly, the background and significance of this paper are expounded, and the present situation of human resource management in domestic and foreign enterprises is reviewed, as well as the research contents and research methods of this paper. Secondly, it introduces the basic theory of enterprise human resource management, expounds the connotation, characteristics and importance of enterprise human resource management. Then the development course and general situation of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co., Ltd. are expounded, and the human resource management structure and current situation of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co., Ltd are analyzed in detail from the aspects of recruitment, training, performance, compensation and welfare. Then, from the aspects of human resource management and recruitment training, performance management, compensation and welfare management, the problems of human resource management in the company are discussed and analyzed. Fifthly, by analyzing the human resource management situation of Qingdao Tiantai YLD Food Co., Ltd at present, we find out the various problems existing in it, and give some countermeasures to solve it. Finally, this paper summarizes the research results, and puts forward some enlightenment to other Korean enterprises' human resource management.
