【摘要】：隨著快遞市場規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,公路、航空、高速鐵路、普通鐵路等運(yùn)輸資源紛紛開始參與到快遞運(yùn)輸,使得快遞企業(yè)在選擇快遞運(yùn)輸方式時面臨多重選擇。這就需要我們?nèi)パ芯靠爝f企業(yè)應(yīng)如何選擇快遞運(yùn)輸方式,以便于為快遞企業(yè)在拓展新的快遞市場時能夠快速的做出抉擇,選擇最優(yōu)的運(yùn)輸方式進(jìn)行快遞運(yùn)輸提供理論方法支持。 首先,本文從快遞對運(yùn)輸方式的需求出發(fā),分析了消費(fèi)者視角的快遞運(yùn)輸方式需求以及快遞企業(yè)視角的快遞運(yùn)輸方式需求；在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)出了快遞選擇運(yùn)輸方式的影響因素,認(rèn)為運(yùn)行速度、運(yùn)輸安全、運(yùn)輸成本、運(yùn)輸準(zhǔn)時性、網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局、配套設(shè)施等6個因素是影響快遞選擇運(yùn)輸方式的主要因素；最后,提出了快遞運(yùn)輸方式選擇的分析思路：綜合分析運(yùn)輸安全、運(yùn)行速度等因素,對不同運(yùn)輸方式的優(yōu)劣進(jìn)行判斷,最終選擇出最優(yōu)運(yùn)輸方式。 其次,在研究方法方面,本文對德爾菲法、層次分析法、模糊評價法、灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法等四種主流評價方法的比較分析,認(rèn)為灰色關(guān)聯(lián)法在克服主觀性影響、可操作性方面優(yōu)于其他三種分析方法。因此,最終選擇灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析作為快遞運(yùn)輸方式選擇模型的方法基礎(chǔ)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,將快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)輸方式選擇影響因素指標(biāo)與灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建了本文的快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)輸方式選擇模型。 最后,以順豐速運(yùn)(集團(tuán))公司廣州、長沙間的快遞運(yùn)輸方式選擇為案例,對快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)輸方式選擇模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。通過模型計(jì)算得到兩點(diǎn)結(jié)論：一是運(yùn)輸時間、運(yùn)輸成本為快遞企業(yè)(順豐速運(yùn))運(yùn)輸方式選擇的主要影響因素；航空運(yùn)輸為廣州-長沙段順豐速運(yùn)的最優(yōu)快遞運(yùn)輸方式；并通過模型選擇結(jié)果與實(shí)際情況的對比,對本文建立的快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)輸方式選擇模型的效果進(jìn)行了評價,認(rèn)為該模型具有較高的準(zhǔn)確性和實(shí)用性。 此外,本文在總結(jié)研究結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,還對本文研究內(nèi)容的局限性進(jìn)行了分析,指出本文研究中忽視了定性因素的考察,模型指標(biāo)選取不夠全面、指標(biāo)度量不夠精確；并在此基礎(chǔ)上,對快遞企業(yè)運(yùn)輸方式選擇的進(jìn)一步研究進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:With the expansion of express delivery market, transportation resources such as highway, aviation, high-speed railway and ordinary railway begin to participate in express transportation one after another. It makes express delivery enterprises face multiple choices when they choose express transportation mode. This requires us to study how express delivery enterprises should choose express transportation mode, so as to facilitate express delivery enterprises to be able to make a quick choice in expanding the new express market. Choosing the optimal mode of transportation for express delivery provides theoretical and methodological support. First of all, based on the demand of express transportation mode, this paper analyzes the demand of express transportation mode from the perspective of consumers and express transportation mode from the perspective of express delivery enterprises. This paper summarizes the influence factors of express transportation mode selection, and considers that six factors, such as speed, transportation safety, transportation cost, transportation punctuality, network layout and supporting facilities, are the main factors affecting express transport mode selection. This paper puts forward the analysis idea of express transportation mode: synthetically analyzing the factors such as transportation safety, running speed and so on, judging the advantages and disadvantages of different transportation modes, and finally choosing the best transportation mode. Secondly, in the aspect of research methods, this paper compares and analyzes the four mainstream evaluation methods, such as Delphi method, AHP method, fuzzy evaluation method and grey correlation method, and thinks that the grey correlation method is overcoming the subjective influence. The maneuverability is superior to the other three analytical methods. Therefore, grey relational analysis is chosen as the method foundation of express transportation mode selection model. Combining the index of influencing factors of transportation mode selection of express delivery enterprises with the method of grey relational analysis, this paper constructs the transport mode selection model of express delivery enterprises in this paper. Finally, taking the choice of express transportation mode between Guangzhou and Changsha of Shunfeng Express (Group) Company as an example, this paper makes an empirical study on the transport mode choice model of express delivery enterprises. Through the model calculation, two conclusions are obtained: first, transportation time, The transportation cost is the main influencing factor of express transportation mode selection; the air transportation is the optimal express transportation mode of Shunfeng express transportation in Guangzhou-Changsha section; and the result of model selection is compared with the actual situation. This paper evaluates the effect of the transport mode selection model for express delivery enterprises, and considers that the model has high accuracy and practicability. In addition, on the basis of summing up the research conclusions, this paper also analyzes the limitations of the research content in this paper, and points out that the qualitative factors are neglected in the study, the selection of model indicators is not comprehensive enough, and the measurement of indicators is not accurate enough; On the basis of this, the further research on the choice of transportation mode for express delivery enterprises is prospected.
