【摘要】：我國城鎮(zhèn)化建設通過近六十年的發(fā)展，取得了顯著的成績，無論經(jīng)濟、政治還是社會都發(fā)生了巨大的變化。但伴隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設快速發(fā)展的同時，其中存在的問題也逐漸暴露出來。這些問題的順利解決有助于推動我國城鎮(zhèn)化可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本論文通過文獻研究法、調(diào)查分析法和演繹歸納等方法，收集整理了大量的研究分析文獻，并進行了實地走訪調(diào)查，對我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展歷程和當前取得的成績以及存在的現(xiàn)狀進行了認真分析、仔細研究，結(jié)合國家當前全面發(fā)展中國特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路的戰(zhàn)略方針，就中國特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化產(chǎn)生的背景及內(nèi)涵特點進行了闡述，并就如何推進我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設過程中解決目前存在的問題進行了思考提出了筆者的想法，以期為我國城鎮(zhèn)化道路的順利發(fā)展提供借鑒。本文具體由以下五部分組成：第一部分緒論部分，介紹了研究的背景及意義，相關(guān)研究綜述和本研究的結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容。第二部分主要界定了“城鎮(zhèn)化”的概念并就城鎮(zhèn)化的形成進行了介紹和分析。第三部分總結(jié)和分析了我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的歷史進程和新中國成立至今城鎮(zhèn)化建設取得的成績。第四部分分析研究了我國城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展存在城鄉(xiāng)分割嚴重，產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展滯后，，體系不健全，環(huán)境壓力大等主要問題。第五部分闡述了中國特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化出現(xiàn)的背景、內(nèi)涵及特點要求等，并就如何在走中國特色新型城鎮(zhèn)化道路的過程中解決目前存在的問題提出了對策和措施。
[Abstract]:After nearly 60 years of development, China's urbanization construction has made remarkable achievements, both economic, political and social changes have taken place. But along with the rapid development of urbanization, The existing problems are also gradually exposed. The smooth solution of these problems is helpful to promote the sustainable development of urbanization in China. This paper adopts the methods of literature research, investigation and analysis, deduction and induction, etc. Having collected and sorted out a large number of research and analysis documents, and conducted field visits and investigations, we have made a careful analysis and careful study of the development of urbanization in China, the current achievements and the existing situation. The background and connotation characteristics of the new urbanization with Chinese characteristics are expounded in the light of the country's strategic policy of comprehensively developing the new type of urbanization with Chinese characteristics at present. And how to promote the construction of new type of urbanization in China to solve the existing problems are considered and put forward the author's ideas. This paper is composed of the following five parts: the first part introduces the background and significance of the research. The second part mainly defines the concept of "urbanization" and introduces and analyzes the formation of urbanization. The third part summarizes and analyzes the history of urbanization development in China. Historical progress and achievements in urbanization construction since the founding of New China. The fourth part analyzes and studies the serious urban-rural division in the development of urbanization in China. The industrial development lags behind, the system is not perfect, the environment pressure is great and so on. The fifth part expounds the background, connotation and characteristic requirements of the new urbanization with Chinese characteristics. Countermeasures and measures are put forward on how to solve the existing problems in the course of taking the new urbanization road with Chinese characteristics.
