【摘要】：為回答制造業(yè)服務(wù)化如何影響企業(yè)績效與企業(yè)要素結(jié)構(gòu)的問題,本文利用我國2003-2015年制造業(yè)上市公司的數(shù)據(jù),通過對企業(yè)基本信息和年報等資料的分析,構(gòu)造了服務(wù)化的度量指標,在充分考慮內(nèi)生性問題基礎(chǔ)上,利用PSM-DID方法進行實證研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),制造業(yè)企業(yè)通過服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型顯著提高了績效,但這一效應(yīng)存在所有制差異和時間滯后效應(yīng)。具體表現(xiàn)為:整體和不同所有制企業(yè)樣本中,服務(wù)化對績效的正影響在時間上經(jīng)歷了"先下降、后上升"的動態(tài)變化趨勢,即企業(yè)服務(wù)化后面臨一段時期的績效下滑風險;民營企業(yè)服務(wù)化對企業(yè)績效提高的效果最為明顯且持久,國有企業(yè)和外資企業(yè)服務(wù)化對績效的影響在短期不顯著,需要較長時間才能發(fā)揮作用。制造業(yè)服務(wù)化對企業(yè)要素結(jié)構(gòu)的轉(zhuǎn)變同樣發(fā)揮了作用,服務(wù)化提高了企業(yè)的資本密集度,對勞動要素規(guī)模和結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化未產(chǎn)生明顯作用。本文的結(jié)論對培育制造業(yè)企業(yè)核心競爭力、供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)整以及實現(xiàn)"中國制造2025"目標具有較豐富的政策含義。
[Abstract]:In order to answer the question of how service-oriented manufacturing affects enterprise performance and the structure of enterprise elements, this paper uses the data of listed manufacturing companies from 2003 to 2015 in China. Based on the analysis of enterprise basic information and annual report, this paper constructs a service-oriented measurement index. On the basis of fully considering the endogenous problem, we use the PSM-DID method to carry out empirical research. Manufacturing enterprises significantly improve their performance through the service business transformation, but this effect has ownership difference and time lag effect. The positive influence of service on performance has experienced the dynamic trend of "first decreasing, then rising" in time, that is, the enterprise faces the risk of performance decline after a period of service. The service of private enterprises has the most obvious and lasting effect on the improvement of enterprise performance, while the effect of service of state-owned enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises on the performance is not significant in the short term. It takes a long time to play a role. The service of manufacturing industry has also played a role in the transformation of the enterprise element structure, and the service has increased the capital intensity of the enterprise. It has no obvious effect on the scale and structure optimization of labor factors. The conclusion of this paper is helpful to cultivate the core competitiveness of manufacturing enterprises. Supply-side structural adjustment and realization of "made in China 2025" target has rich policy implications.
