基于量子點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)量子操作的理論研究

【摘要】:隨著納米材料科學(xué)和實(shí)驗(yàn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,在原子和分子體系的研究積累和相關(guān)理論研究的推動(dòng)下,近年來在固態(tài)量子計(jì)算和量子信息方面已取得一系列具有標(biāo)志性的研究進(jìn)展。量子點(diǎn)(QD)系統(tǒng)具有可集成和可擴(kuò)展的優(yōu)點(diǎn),與現(xiàn)有的半導(dǎo)體光子技術(shù)有緊密的聯(lián)系,且腔量子電動(dòng)力學(xué)(CQED)可以有效地操縱量子比特,已成為最有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)量子信息處理(QIP)器件的方案之一。因此,基于腔-量子點(diǎn)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)量子操作的研究對(duì)量子計(jì)算機(jī)的實(shí)現(xiàn)有著非常重要的作用。本文討論了系統(tǒng)有效哈密頓量計(jì)算和幺正變換中湮滅算符代換等問題,設(shè)計(jì)了兩種不同的腔-量子點(diǎn)系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了三比特相位門。在相互作用繪景中,引入與自身湮滅算符線性相關(guān)的玻色子模,對(duì)含時(shí)哈密頓量進(jìn)行幺正變換,在大失諧條件下,利用旋波近似(RWA),得到了系統(tǒng)的有效哈密頓量,進(jìn)而得到了量子相位門,并將三角型系統(tǒng)拓展到了N腔系統(tǒng)。在兩種系統(tǒng)中,通過控制系統(tǒng)初態(tài),在理論上提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)三比特量子相位門的方案,并推廣到了N量子比特。同時(shí),由于在操作過程中,腔和量子點(diǎn)分別處于真空態(tài)和基態(tài),相位門不受由原子自發(fā)輻射和腔衰減所引起的退相干效應(yīng)影響。本文在兩種不同的系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了量子相位門,并拓展到了多腔系統(tǒng),為相位門的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了可行方案,為多腔系統(tǒng)的量子計(jì)算和固態(tài)量子器件的實(shí)現(xiàn)提供了有益的參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of nanomaterials science and experimental technology, and driven by the accumulation of atomic and molecular systems and related theoretical studies, a series of iconic research progress has been made in the field of quantum computing and quantum information in solid state in recent years. Quantum dot (QD) system has the advantages of integration and extensibility, which is closely related to the existing semiconductor photon technology, and cavity quantum electrodynamics (CQED) can effectively manipulate quantum bits. It has become one of the most possible solutions for quantum information processing (QIP) devices. Therefore, the study of quantum operation based on cavity-quantum dot system plays an important role in the realization of quantum computer. In this paper, the effective Hamiltonian calculation of the system and the substitution of annihilation operator in unitary transformation are discussed. Two different cavities quantum dot systems are designed and the three-bit phase gate is realized. In the interaction picture, a boson module which is linearly related to its own annihilation operator is introduced, and the time-dependent Hamiltonian is unitary transformed. Under the condition of large detuning, the effective Hamiltonian of the system is obtained by using the spin wave approximation (RWA),. Then the quantum phase gate is obtained and the triangular system is extended to the N cavity system. In the two systems, by controlling the initial state of the system, a scheme to realize the three-bit quantum phase gate is proposed theoretically, which is extended to the N quantum bit. At the same time, because the cavity and the quantum dot are in the vacuum state and the ground state respectively during the operation, the phase gate is not affected by the decoherence effect caused by the atomic spontaneous emission and cavity attenuation. In this paper, quantum phase gates are implemented in two different systems, and extended to multi-cavity systems, which provides a feasible scheme for the realization of phase gates, and provides a useful reference for the quantum computation of multi-cavity systems and the realization of solid-state quantum devices.
