基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的低能耗CMOS電路

【摘要】:為了提高CMOS電路的能耗轉化效率,設計了基于嵌入式系統(tǒng)的低能耗CMOS電路.根據(jù)CMOS電路中硬件電路的動態(tài)能耗和靜態(tài)能耗產(chǎn)生的條件,嵌入式系統(tǒng)分別采用點對點休眠和硬件層參數(shù)管理的方式進行控制,大幅度降低了CMOS電路的平均能耗.仿真實驗結果表明,該電路可以提高靜態(tài)能耗的轉化效率,在動態(tài)能耗的處理中具有良好的動態(tài)收斂性.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the energy conversion efficiency of CMOS circuit, a low energy CMOS circuit based on embedded system is designed. According to the condition of dynamic and static energy consumption in CMOS circuit, the embedded system is controlled by point-to-point dormancy and hardware layer parameter management, which greatly reduces the average energy consumption of CMOS circuit. The simulation results show that the circuit can improve the conversion efficiency of static energy consumption and has good dynamic convergence in the treatment of dynamic energy consumption.
