基于傳導(dǎo)騷擾和輻射騷擾混合EMI噪聲一體化抑制方法研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著高頻電子器件不斷進(jìn)步和持續(xù)發(fā)展,電力線纜上高頻電磁干擾問題日趨突出,設(shè)計(jì)性能較好的濾波器成為亟待解決的問題。本文針對(duì)工程實(shí)踐中的EMI整改問題,區(qū)別于先前對(duì)傳導(dǎo)電磁騷擾與輻射電磁騷擾的單獨(dú)研究,提出了噪聲混合一體化抑制的思路,并對(duì)電源線纜一體化傳導(dǎo)/輻射EMI濾波器展開了理論分析與應(yīng)用研究。(1)對(duì)電源線纜一體化傳導(dǎo)/輻射EMI濾波器的理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了研究。本文通過對(duì)傳導(dǎo)電磁干擾和輻射電磁干擾模型的研究,得出兩種電磁干擾的抑制機(jī)理。同時(shí)將復(fù)雜電子設(shè)備中的線纜分為交流電源線纜、直流電源線纜、數(shù)字控制線纜、傳感器線纜,得出四種線纜的輻射噪聲機(jī)理,建立了相應(yīng)的遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)輻射噪聲模型。由于耦合效應(yīng),各種電纜的輻射噪聲疊加于交流電纜線路中,因此交流電纜為有效且易行的整改點(diǎn),成為濾波器主要濾波位置。(2)對(duì)電源線纜一體化傳導(dǎo)/輻射EMI濾波器進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。在普通傳導(dǎo)濾波器的基礎(chǔ)上增加輻射濾波器,并將輻射濾波器的噪聲抑制頻段,劃分為低頻噪聲段、中頻噪聲段、高頻噪聲段三個(gè)部分,使用電容電感、磁環(huán)、金屬管套對(duì)三個(gè)頻段分別進(jìn)行噪聲抑制。(3)對(duì)電源線纜一體化傳導(dǎo)/輻射EMI濾波器經(jīng)行綜合應(yīng)用研究,以三款實(shí)際醫(yī)療電子設(shè)備為研究對(duì)象,利用本文提出的方法設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)其電磁干擾問題進(jìn)行了分析和抑制。在鈉硫儲(chǔ)能變流器通訊模塊中安裝電容濾波;在吸痰器中安裝電感電容及磁環(huán)組成的濾波器,在經(jīng)絡(luò)導(dǎo)平治療儀上安裝電容、磁環(huán)、金屬套管。詳細(xì)論述了傳導(dǎo)騷擾和輻射騷擾的分析和抑制過程,檢測(cè)結(jié)果滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)限值要求,驗(yàn)證了噪聲混合一體化抑制思路的可行性,為今后傳導(dǎo)電磁干擾噪聲抑制的工程應(yīng)用提供理論和實(shí)踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous progress and continuous development of high-frequency electronic devices, the problem of high-frequency electromagnetic interference (HF-EMI) on power cables has become increasingly prominent, and the design of filters with better performance has become an urgent problem to be solved. Aiming at the problem of EMI rectification in engineering practice, different from the previous research on conducting electromagnetic disturbance and radiation electromagnetic disturbance, this paper puts forward the idea of noise mixed integration suppression. The theoretical analysis and application of the integrated power cable conduction / radiation EMI filter are carried out. (1) the theoretical basis of the power cable integrated conduction / radiation EMI filter is studied. In this paper, the suppression mechanisms of two kinds of electromagnetic interference are obtained by studying the models of conducting electromagnetic interference and radiation electromagnetic interference. At the same time, the cable in complex electronic equipment is divided into AC power cable, DC power cable, digital control cable and sensor cable. The radiation noise mechanism of four kinds of cable is obtained, and the corresponding far-field radiation noise model is established. Because of the coupling effect, the radiation noise of all kinds of cables is superimposed on the AC cable line, so the AC cable is an effective and easy rectification point. It is the main filter position. (2) structural design of integrated conduction / radiation EMI filter with power cable. The radiation filter is added to the common conduction filter, and the noise suppression frequency band of the radiation filter is divided into three parts: the low frequency noise section, the intermediate frequency noise section, the high frequency noise section, the capacitor inductance, the magnetic ring, The metal tube sleeve carries on the noise suppression to the three frequency bands separately. (3) to the power cable integration conduction / radiation EMI filter meridian synthesis application research, takes three actual medical electronic equipment as the research object, uses the method proposed in this paper design, The electromagnetic interference is analyzed and suppressed. The capacitor filter is installed in the communication module of the sodium sulfur energy storage converter, the filter composed of inductance capacitance and magnetic ring is installed in the sputum suction device, and the capacitance, magnetic ring and metal casing are installed on the meridian conduction level therapeutic instrument. The analysis and suppression process of conducting disturbance and radiation disturbance are discussed in detail. The detection results meet the requirements of the standard limit value and verify the feasibility of the idea of integrated noise suppression. It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the engineering application of EMI suppression in the future.
