邢臺(tái)電網(wǎng)電動(dòng)汽車充電站設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:在傳統(tǒng)化石能源匱乏、生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化的今天,汽車的大規(guī)模發(fā)展和使用不僅消耗了巨量能源,還產(chǎn)生了大量有害氣體引起環(huán)境惡化,近年來我國(guó)北方地區(qū)發(fā)生的嚴(yán)重霧霾現(xiàn)象,雖然各個(gè)品牌的汽車制造廠商都致力于發(fā)展高效率發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),盡可能把降低汽車污染程度,,但其仍要靠依托于常規(guī)能源作為動(dòng)力,面對(duì)自然資源的日益枯竭,發(fā)展新能源汽車才是有效解決能源環(huán)境壓力的有效途徑。電動(dòng)汽車具有高扭矩,無污染,低噪聲等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),是未來汽車工業(yè)的主要發(fā)展方向,必將有廣泛的發(fā)展前景。而隨著電動(dòng)汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展,必須建設(shè)相配套的充(換)電站才能夠可靠,穩(wěn)定,高效得為其服務(wù)。 本文首先針對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車交流充電樁以及充電站進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要的介紹,闡述了電動(dòng)汽車充電站的分類和主要構(gòu)成單元,分析了交流充電樁和充電站比較典型的建設(shè)方案并系統(tǒng)得描述了電動(dòng)汽車充電機(jī)的各部分構(gòu)成及其作用。圍繞電動(dòng)汽車充電站的充放電管理系統(tǒng),介紹了電動(dòng)汽車充電站的充放電方式、充放電技術(shù)及發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究了充放電管理系統(tǒng)的軟件和硬件方案。針對(duì)幾種不同種類的充電機(jī)型對(duì)電動(dòng)汽車充電站引起的電能質(zhì)量問題及其危害進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)分析,并提出了多種電動(dòng)汽車充電站諧波治理措施,隨后利用Matlab/Simulink搭建了蓄電池充電模型和充電站模型,對(duì)APF在電動(dòng)汽車充電站諧波治理的效果進(jìn)行了仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。最后根據(jù)《國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司電動(dòng)汽車充放電站建設(shè)指導(dǎo)意見》和邢臺(tái)供電公司出臺(tái)的《電動(dòng)汽車智能充換電服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)展規(guī)劃》,設(shè)計(jì)了一套電動(dòng)汽車充電站建設(shè)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了充放電管理系統(tǒng)的硬件配置和軟件配置方案,通過對(duì)充電站的負(fù)荷特性進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而對(duì)其負(fù)荷特性對(duì)充電站中配置的各種設(shè)備進(jìn)行比較選擇,最后設(shè)計(jì)了充電站的主接線以及監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),從而完成整個(gè)充電站的設(shè)計(jì)建造方案。
[Abstract]:Today, with the shortage of traditional fossil energy and the deterioration of ecological environment, the large-scale development and use of automobiles not only consumes huge amount of energy, but also produces a large number of harmful gases to cause environmental deterioration. In recent years, serious haze phenomenon has occurred in northern China.Although car manufacturers of all brands are committed to developing efficient engines to minimize the degree of vehicle pollution, they still rely on conventional energy as a driving force in the face of the growing depletion of natural resources.The development of new energy vehicles is an effective way to solve the pressure of energy environment.Electric vehicle (EV) has many advantages such as high torque, no pollution, low noise and so on. It is the main developing direction of automobile industry in the future.With the development of electric vehicle industry, it is necessary to build a matching charging (replacement) power station to be reliable, stable and efficient to serve it.In this paper, the AC charging piles and charging stations of electric vehicles are introduced briefly, and the classification and main components of charging stations of electric vehicles are described.The typical construction schemes of AC charging pile and charging station are analyzed and the components and functions of electric vehicle charger are described systematically.Around the charge and discharge management system of electric vehicle charging station, this paper introduces the charging and discharging mode, charging and discharging technology and development status of electric vehicle charging station, and studies the software and hardware scheme of charge and discharge management system.Aiming at several kinds of charging models, the problems of electric power quality caused by charging stations of electric vehicles and their harms are analyzed emphatically, and the harmonic treatment measures for various charging stations of electric vehicles are put forward.Then, the battery charging model and charging station model are built by using Matlab/Simulink, and the effect of APF on harmonic control of electric vehicle charging station is simulated and analyzed.Finally, according to the "State Grid Company Electric vehicle charging and discharging Station Construction guidance" and Xingtai Power supply Company's "Electric vehicle Intelligent charging and switching Service Network Development Plan", a set of electric vehicle charging station construction scheme is designed.The hardware configuration and software configuration of the charging and discharging management system are designed. Through the analysis of the load characteristics of the charging station, the load characteristics of the charging station are compared and selected.Finally, the main connection and monitoring system of the charging station are designed to complete the design and construction of the charging station.
