【摘要】:現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中,典型的維修問(wèn)題有被動(dòng)的維修,重復(fù)的檢修,合理的維修無(wú)法體制化,不必要和保守的預(yù)防性維修,以及缺乏可追溯性的維修計(jì)劃等,因此,發(fā)展一種合適的維修方法來(lái)處理這類問(wèn)題十分必要。以可靠性為中心的維修(RCM)提供了最系統(tǒng)和最有效的方式可實(shí)現(xiàn)工廠和設(shè)備維護(hù)計(jì)劃的優(yōu)化,幫助制定合理且有效的維修決策。 目前,,RCM已初步在我國(guó)的多個(gè)煉化企業(yè)中得到應(yīng)用,但由于各種原因,其實(shí)施應(yīng)用的效果并不理想,主要表現(xiàn)在很難利用已知的歷史數(shù)據(jù)或狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)獲得設(shè)備的隱含信息進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的評(píng)估,為此,本文從以下方面進(jìn)行了研究: (1)將一元和混合威布爾壽命分布模型引入到RCM的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中,研究相應(yīng)的參數(shù)估計(jì)方法,總結(jié)模型的選用原則,利用所得結(jié)果分析可靠性的各指標(biāo)參量,并對(duì)中石油往復(fù)壓縮機(jī)組關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,取得了較理想的效果。 (2)引進(jìn)三次指數(shù)平滑、灰色馬爾科夫和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法,實(shí)現(xiàn)狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)下小樣本波動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)的故障分析,以某軸承的數(shù)據(jù)驗(yàn)證了方法的有效性和可行性,另外,也探索性地研究其剩余壽命的估算。 (3)詳細(xì)介紹了RCM對(duì)中石油往復(fù)壓縮機(jī)關(guān)鍵零部件的實(shí)施過(guò)程,并將上述各模型應(yīng)用到該評(píng)估中,根據(jù)評(píng)估結(jié)果篩選出了可能產(chǎn)生高中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)故障模式對(duì)應(yīng)的關(guān)鍵零部件,同時(shí)完成維修任務(wù)的優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:In modern enterprises, the typical maintenance problems are passive maintenance, repeated maintenance, reasonable maintenance can not be institutionalized, unnecessary and conservative preventive maintenance, and lack of traceability maintenance plan, and so on. It is necessary to develop an appropriate maintenance method to deal with such problems. Reliability centered maintenance (RCM) provides the most systematic and efficient way to optimize plant and equipment maintenance plans. Help to make reasonable and effective maintenance decisions. At present, RCM has been initially applied in many refinery and chemical enterprises in China, but the effect of its application is not ideal because of various reasons. The main performance is that it is difficult to use known historical data or condition monitoring data to obtain the hidden information of the equipment for risk assessment. Therefore, this paper studies the following aspects: 1) the univariate and mixed Weibull life distribution model is introduced into the risk assessment of RCM, the corresponding parameter estimation method is studied, and the selection principle of the model is summarized. The reliability parameters are analyzed by using the obtained results, and the risk assessment of key components of CNPC reciprocating compressor unit is carried out, and the satisfactory results are obtained. 2) the neural network method of cubic exponential smoothing, grey Markov and grey correlation analysis is introduced to realize the fault analysis of small sample fluctuation data under state monitoring. The validity and feasibility of the method are verified by the data of a bearing. In addition, the estimation of its residual life is also studied in an exploratory way. The implementation process of key components of CNPC reciprocating compressor by RCM is introduced in detail, and the above models are applied to the evaluation. According to the evaluation results, the key parts corresponding to the risk failure mode of high and high school were selected, and the maintenance task was optimized at the same time.
