【摘要】:相比于機(jī)械齒輪,基于磁場(chǎng)耦合原理的磁性齒輪具有許多顯著的優(yōu)點(diǎn),比如減少維護(hù)、可靠性高、自具備過(guò)載保護(hù)、輸入輸出間存在物理隔離、噪音低、振動(dòng)小等,但傳統(tǒng)的磁性齒輪所能傳遞的轉(zhuǎn)矩密度較低。新型磁場(chǎng)調(diào)制型磁性齒輪因?yàn)槠溆来朋w利用率高,所能傳遞的轉(zhuǎn)矩密度可以和機(jī)械齒輪相媲美,甚至更好。本文主要圍繞這種磁場(chǎng)調(diào)制式磁性齒輪(Field ModulatedMagnetic Gear, FMMG)展開(kāi)研究。 首先,針對(duì)FMMG工作原理和結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,先采用解析法對(duì)其工作原理進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的推導(dǎo)和分析,推導(dǎo)了內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體極對(duì)數(shù)、調(diào)磁環(huán)鐵心數(shù)、外轉(zhuǎn)子永磁體極對(duì)數(shù)之間所必須滿足的數(shù)學(xué)關(guān)系式,并建立了內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)子、外轉(zhuǎn)子、調(diào)磁環(huán)三者之間轉(zhuǎn)矩和轉(zhuǎn)速的數(shù)學(xué)模型,隨后通過(guò)二維有限元仿真對(duì)其進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證并做進(jìn)一步的分析。 其次,研究了四種工作模式下FMMG的靜態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩特性和穩(wěn)態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)矩特性,分析了轉(zhuǎn)矩波動(dòng)的成因并提出了相應(yīng)的解決方法,之后研究并分析了磁性齒輪加階躍負(fù)載和過(guò)載時(shí)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性。 再次,分析了如何根據(jù)不同的工作場(chǎng)合的要求來(lái)進(jìn)行最佳方案的選擇,并進(jìn)行了一系列相關(guān)的優(yōu)化。 最后,鐵損是FMMG的主要損耗,針對(duì)鐵損產(chǎn)生的機(jī)理,研究了內(nèi)外轉(zhuǎn)子軛部、永磁體內(nèi)部、調(diào)磁鐵心中磁場(chǎng)的分布規(guī)律,分析了鐵損的分布規(guī)律,為效率和溫升計(jì)算提供理論依據(jù),,同時(shí)提出了減小永磁體渦流損耗的有效方法。同時(shí)對(duì)調(diào)磁環(huán)的應(yīng)力分布和形變進(jìn)行了仿真研究。
[Abstract]:Compared with mechanical gears, magnetic gears based on magnetic coupling principle have many significant advantages, such as reduced maintenance, high reliability, self-overload protection, physical isolation between input and output, low noise. The vibration is small, but the torque density of the traditional magnetic gear is lower. Because of its high utilization ratio of permanent magnet, the new magnetic field modulated magnetic gear can transfer the torque density comparable to the mechanical gear. Even better. This paper focuses on the magnetic field modulation magnetic gear field ModulatedMagnetic Gear. FMMG. Firstly, according to the particularity of FMMG working principle and structure, the working principle of FMMG is deduced and analyzed in detail by analytic method, and the pole logarithm of inner rotor permanent magnet and the core number of adjustable magnetic ring are deduced. The mathematical relationship between pole logarithm of outer rotor permanent magnet and the mathematical model of torque and speed between inner rotor outer rotor and adjustable magnetic ring are established. Then it is verified by two-dimensional finite element simulation and further analyzed. Secondly, the static torque characteristics and steady torque characteristics of FMMG under four working modes are studied, and the causes of torque ripple are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Then the dynamic characteristics of magnetic gear with step load and overload are studied and analyzed. Thirdly, we analyze how to choose the best scheme according to different workplace requirements, and carry out a series of related optimization. Finally, iron loss is the main loss of FMMG. In view of the mechanism of iron loss, the distribution law of magnetic field in the yoke of inner and outer rotor, inside of permanent magnet and in the center of adjusting magnet is studied, and the distribution law of iron loss is analyzed. This paper provides a theoretical basis for the calculation of efficiency and temperature rise, and puts forward an effective method to reduce the eddy current loss of permanent magnet. At the same time, the stress distribution and deformation of the adjustable magnetic ring are simulated.
