一年蓬和加拿大一枝黃花共同入侵對(duì)土壤細(xì)菌群落豐度的協(xié)同作用(英文)

一些入侵植物成功入侵的主因之一就是它們促進(jìn)其根際土壤微生物群落的演替。此外,同一生態(tài)系統(tǒng)中可能遭受兩種甚至是兩種以上入侵植物的入侵。所以,探究共同入侵的入侵植物對(duì)土壤細(xì)菌群落的影響對(duì)闡明入侵植物成功入侵的機(jī)理具有重要作用。本文以高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)為手段,探究不同入侵程度的一年蓬和加拿大一枝黃花共同入侵對(duì)土壤細(xì)菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。一年蓬和/或加拿大一枝黃花入侵顯著增加了土壤細(xì)菌的、Shannon指數(shù)和Chao1指數(shù)。低度入侵的加拿大一枝黃花以及一年蓬和加拿大一枝黃花共同入侵顯著增加了土壤細(xì)菌的ACE指數(shù)。一年蓬和/或加拿大一枝黃花可通過增加土壤細(xì)菌群落的多樣性和豐度促進(jìn)了其進(jìn)一步的入侵進(jìn)程,高的土壤細(xì)菌群落多樣性和豐度可提升土壤功能和營養(yǎng)獲取水平。與一年蓬和加拿大一枝黃花單一入侵相比,一年蓬和加拿大一枝黃花共同入侵顯著增加了土壤細(xì)菌的ACE指數(shù)。因此,一年蓬和加拿大一枝黃花共同入侵對(duì)影響土壤細(xì)菌群落豐度具有協(xié)同作用,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)利于其自身生長(zhǎng)及其進(jìn)一步入侵的土壤微環(huán)境條件。
