社保與銀行實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)繳費(fèi)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)及實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的發(fā)展,廣大參保單位、參保人對(duì)社保服務(wù)的要求越來越高,為了適應(yīng)這種變化,同時(shí)也為了解決參保人繳費(fèi)步驟多、社保與銀行信息傳輸時(shí)間差引起的不便,社保征收機(jī)構(gòu)服務(wù)壓力大的問題,社保機(jī)構(gòu)均在探索如何利用銀行聯(lián)網(wǎng)的優(yōu)勢為用戶提供實(shí)時(shí)繳費(fèi)業(yè)務(wù),同時(shí)緩解經(jīng)辦壓力。銀行與社保實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)繳費(fèi)系統(tǒng)是最近幾年才使用的信息系統(tǒng),在各地均處于發(fā)展探索階段,還存在著眾多問題,具有響應(yīng)時(shí)間長,并發(fā)性能低,擴(kuò)展性差,無法處理復(fù)雜業(yè)務(wù)需要人工后臺(tái)干預(yù)等問題。在我國的社保服務(wù)體系中還未實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)辦機(jī)構(gòu)人員編制的動(dòng)態(tài)配比,在這種形式下,隨著參保覆蓋面的擴(kuò)大,繳費(fèi)人次的增加,使得經(jīng)辦人員的負(fù)荷比持續(xù)擴(kuò)大,這時(shí)銀行與社保實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)繳費(fèi)系統(tǒng)就已經(jīng)成為社保繳費(fèi)服務(wù)的瓶頸,嚴(yán)重制約著人社事業(yè)的發(fā)展,降低了社保服務(wù)的用戶體驗(yàn)和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。因此優(yōu)化并設(shè)計(jì)一套解決上述問題的實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)具有更加迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文立足于社保繳費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)該課題涉及到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和核心業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)行深入研究。首先針對(duì)目前社保繳費(fèi)的實(shí)際情況結(jié)合社?ㄒ豢ㄍǖ慕ㄔO(shè)情況,經(jīng)過調(diào)研與分析,提出建設(shè)一套高可靠性,高并發(fā),擴(kuò)展性強(qiáng)的基于Socket的銀行實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)接口平臺(tái)。然后分析現(xiàn)有其他銀行聯(lián)網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)存在的主要問題,研究相關(guān)關(guān)鍵技術(shù),對(duì)該平臺(tái)的架構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行闡述。并基于這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)給出一個(gè)模擬實(shí)現(xiàn)。最后,通過一系列的測試,系統(tǒng)都可以正常運(yùn)行,證明了系統(tǒng)的正確性,對(duì)當(dāng)前社保與銀行實(shí)時(shí)聯(lián)網(wǎng)繳費(fèi)的應(yīng)用具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。這套系統(tǒng)基于apache的mina組件,通訊處理框架、對(duì)象解耦技術(shù)、持久化框架、DMZ主機(jī)安全技術(shù)、防火墻技術(shù),運(yùn)用Spring, Hibernate,元數(shù)據(jù)注解,具備了跨數(shù)據(jù)庫平臺(tái),有良好系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),易于維護(hù)。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the requirements of social security services for the majority of insured units and the insured are becoming higher and higher. In order to adapt to this change, and also to solve the inconvenience caused by the delay in the time between social security and bank information transmission, and in order to solve the inconvenience caused by the many steps of payment by the insured. Social security agencies are exploring how to take advantage of the advantages of bank networking to provide real-time payment services and ease the pressure on them. The bank and social security real-time network payment system is an information system used in recent years. It is in the stage of development and exploration in various places. There are still many problems, such as long response time, low concurrent performance and poor expansibility. Can not handle complex business needs human background intervention and other issues. In China's social security service system, the dynamic matching of the staffing establishment of the agencies has not yet been realized. In this form, with the expansion of the coverage of insurance participation and the increase of the number of people paying fees, the burden ratio of the agency personnel continues to expand. At this time, the bank and social security real-time network payment system has become the bottleneck of social security payment service, which seriously restricts the development of social security service, and reduces the user experience and service quality of social security service. Therefore, it is more urgent to optimize and design a set of real-time networking system to solve the above problems. Based on the status quo of social security payment, this paper deeply studies the key technology and core business involved in this subject. Firstly, according to the actual situation of social security payment and the construction of social security card, through investigation and analysis, a set of bank real-time network interface platform based on Socket with high reliability, high concurrency and strong expansibility is put forward. Then it analyzes the main problems existing in other bank networking systems, studies the key technologies, and describes the architecture and design of the platform. Based on this design, a simulation implementation is given. Finally, through a series of tests, the system can run normally, which proves the correctness of the system, and has certain guiding significance for the current application of social security and bank real-time network payment. This system is based on apache mina components, communication processing framework, object decoupling technology, persistence framework, DMZ host security technology, firewall technology, using Spring, Hibernate, metadata annotation, has a cross-database platform, has a good system structure. Easy to maintain.
