身份和地位對低地位外籍人士(LSE)適應(yīng)性和調(diào)整性影響的研究 ——基于社會認同理論

在當前全球化時代,與外派任務(wù)失敗相關(guān)的成本仍然是許多跨國公司面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。雖然之前的研究認為外派任務(wù)的結(jié)果與外籍人員環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力有關(guān),而這種能力受到外籍人員與同伴人員之間關(guān)系的影響。本研究旨在調(diào)查外籍人士移居國外時,地位和身份對其環(huán)境適應(yīng)性和調(diào)整性的影響。盡管最近的研究表明外籍人士認為他們的身份會影響東道國國民對其看法,但學術(shù)研究很少對身份和地位的重要性進行研究。此外,很少有研究對東道國在外籍人員適應(yīng)性中產(chǎn)生的作用進行分析,雖然在東道國本身會對外籍人員相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)目標能否實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)生影響。因此,本研究首先考察了身份和地位是否對目前在中國工作的外籍人士的任務(wù)完成產(chǎn)生影響,通過研究其對決定任務(wù)成功與否的因素的影響進行分析。其次,本研究探討了外籍人士對東道國政府的看法是否有助于他們?nèi)〉贸晒Φ膯栴}。本文在研究中采用定量研究方法,使用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)來分析和測試研究模型,以探索所提出的影響關(guān)系的重要性。通過使用基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)的調(diào)查問卷,我們收集了目前在中國不同省份的不同跨國公司工作的420名外籍人士的數(shù)據(jù),其中366人正確填寫并完成問卷,占比83%。為了實現(xiàn)本研究的主要目標,問卷調(diào)查對象主要來自發(fā)展中...
