多光束勻滑技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:在慣性約束聚變(ICF)實驗中,對輻照在黑腔靶丸上的高功率激光的均勻度提出了較為苛刻的條件:平頂,陡邊和低旁瓣。因此,如何在ICF中實現(xiàn)靶面上激光的均勻輻照,一直是被國內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者研究的熱點。本論文從ICF間接驅(qū)動裝置中的激光排布出發(fā),研究了互補償相位板對靶面光強均勻輻照的重大意義,進(jìn)一步對所有激光束輻照到黑腔內(nèi)壁上的光強分布進(jìn)行模擬仿真。論文的工作內(nèi)容主要包括以下3部分:1.基于標(biāo)量衍射理論,建立多光束衍射傳輸?shù)睦碚撃P汀T敿?xì)介紹了互補償相位板的設(shè)計方法及評價參數(shù)。利用改進(jìn)的GS算法和模擬退火算法,理論仿真了互補償相位板對激光光束均勻度的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明相對于普通相位板而言,互補償相位板能有效的提升遠(yuǎn)場光斑的均勻度。2.詳細(xì)研究了互補償相位板的容差能力。仿真結(jié)果表明,互補償相位板具有更好的容差能力,對具有相同波前畸變的光束而言,通過互補償相位板得到的遠(yuǎn)場焦斑的頂部均勻度提升了 62.44%。3.數(shù)值仿真了多束激光在黑腔內(nèi)壁上的光強輻照特性。仿真結(jié)果表明:(1)光束不會發(fā)生堵孔效應(yīng);(2)隨著入射角的增加,輻照在黑腔內(nèi)壁上的光斑逐漸減小;(3)內(nèi)環(huán)單位能量密度較小,黑腔內(nèi)光強分布均勻性較差。通過調(diào)整外環(huán)焦斑尺寸使黑腔內(nèi)壁上的光強分布更加均勻。
[Abstract]:In the inertial confinement fusion (ICF) experiment, the conditions of the uniformity of high power laser irradiated on the black cavity target are presented: flat top, steep edge and low sidelobe. Therefore, how to achieve uniform laser irradiation on the target surface in ICF has always been a hot topic for experts and scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, based on the arrangement of laser in ICF indirect drive device, the significance of mutually compensated phase plate for uniform irradiation of target surface light intensity is studied, and the intensity distribution of all laser beams irradiating to the inner wall of black cavity is simulated. The work of the thesis mainly includes the following three parts: 1. Based on scalar diffraction theory, a theoretical model of multi-beam diffraction propagation is established. The design method and evaluation parameters of mutual compensation phase plate are introduced in detail. Using the improved GS algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm, the effect of mutually compensated phase plate on laser beam uniformity is theoretically simulated. The simulation results show that the mutual compensation phase plate can effectively improve the evenness of far-field spot compared with the ordinary phase plate. The tolerance of mutually compensated phase plates is studied in detail. The simulation results show that the mutually compensated phase plate has better tolerance. For the beam with the same wavefront distortion, the top uniformity of the far-field focal spot obtained by the mutual compensation phase plate has increased by 62.44. 3. The radiation characteristics of multiple laser beams on the inner wall of black cavity are numerically simulated. The simulation results show that there is no hole blocking effect in the beam with the increase of the incident angle, the spot on the inner wall of the black cavity decreases gradually) the unit energy density of the inner ring is smaller, and the distribution uniformity of the light intensity in the black cavity is poor. The light intensity distribution on the inner wall of the black cavity is more uniform by adjusting the size of the focal spot in the outer ring.
