【摘要】：目的:觀察柏苓生發(fā)湯治療脂溢性脫發(fā)(濕熱上蒸證)的臨床療效。方法:病例來(lái)源于2016年1月-2017年1月之間于黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院皮膚科門(mén)診診治的患者,將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的80例病例采用隨機(jī)分組的方法,分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組各40例。治療組口服自擬柏苓生發(fā)湯,對(duì)照組給予丹參酮膠囊。3個(gè)月為一個(gè)療程,治療1個(gè)療程。分別于治療前、治療后,對(duì)患者的脫發(fā)數(shù)目、油膩程度、瘙癢程度、頭屑程度及新發(fā)生長(zhǎng)情況進(jìn)行評(píng)分比較,進(jìn)而評(píng)價(jià)柏苓生發(fā)湯的臨床療效,并且觀察兩組的不良反應(yīng)和安全性指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:經(jīng)服藥3個(gè)月后,治療組(柏苓生發(fā)湯)顯效19例,占50.00%,有效15例,占39.47%,無(wú)效4例,占10.52%,總有效率為89.47%,對(duì)照組(丹參酮膠囊),顯效10例,占27.03%,有效16例,占43.24%,無(wú)效11例,占29.73%,總有效率為70.27%。兩組臨床療效比較P0.05,具有顯著差異,治療組臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。通過(guò)治療組與對(duì)照組各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)評(píng)分的比較,治療3個(gè)月后治療組在改善油膩程度、脫發(fā)數(shù)目及新發(fā)生長(zhǎng)情況上明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:1 "柏苓生發(fā)湯"能夠有效改善脂溢性脫發(fā)(濕熱上蒸證)治療前后的癥狀總積分。2"柏苓生發(fā)湯"是治療脂溢性脫發(fā)(濕熱上蒸證)安全有效的方藥。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Boling Shengfa decoction on seborrheic alopecia. Methods: from January 2016 to January 2017, the patients were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Dermatology, the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. According to the inclusion criteria, 80 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given tanshinone capsule. 3 months as a course of treatment, 1 course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the number of hair loss, greasy degree, degree of pruritus. The degree of dandruff and the new growth were compared to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Boling Shengfa decoction and to observe the adverse reactions and safety indexes of the two groups. Results: after taking medicine for 3 months. In the treatment group, 19 cases (50.005%) were effective, 15 cases were effective, 39.47 cases were ineffective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 89.47%. In the control group (Tanshinone capsule), 10 cases (27.03) were effective, 16 cases (43.24%) were effective, 11 cases (29.73%) were ineffective. The total effective rate was 70.27.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05), and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. After 3 months of treatment, the treatment group was improving the greasy degree. The number of hair loss and new growth were obviously superior to those of the control group. Conclusion: 1 "Bai Ling Shengfa decoction" can effectively improve seborrheic alopecia (damp-heat steaming syndrome). The total integral of symptoms before and after treatment is 2. 2 "Bo Ling Shengfa decoction" is a safe and effective prescription for seborrheic alopecia.
