【摘要】：溝通就是人類發(fā)展的原動(dòng)力,是人類交往的橋梁,是人際關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)器,是人類成長(zhǎng)的階梯。作為人類發(fā)展的原動(dòng)力,溝通從某種意義上來(lái)說(shuō)使人類從類人猿真正進(jìn)化到原始人,脫離了低等動(dòng)物群。輔導(dǎo)員既是學(xué)生的良師,又是學(xué)生的益友；既是學(xué)生的教育者,又是學(xué)生的服務(wù)者；既是知識(shí)的傳播者,又是學(xué)生生活的引路人。輔導(dǎo)員要飾演好這些角色就要深入學(xué)生開(kāi)展溝通教育,溝通教育不是萬(wàn)能,但是如果沒(méi)有溝通教育,輔導(dǎo)員與學(xué)生斷去聯(lián)系,也就無(wú)所謂教育管理服務(wù)學(xué)生了。因此,輔導(dǎo)員想要培養(yǎng)全面發(fā)展的人才,想要完成學(xué)校的學(xué)生工作任務(wù),想要自己事業(yè)取得成功,歸根結(jié)底離不開(kāi)有效溝通教育。本文以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo),借鑒哲學(xué)、思想政治教育學(xué)、教育學(xué)、管理學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、心理學(xué)等學(xué)科的理論知識(shí),從輔導(dǎo)員現(xiàn)實(shí)工作出發(fā),認(rèn)真研究新時(shí)期學(xué)生工作的發(fā)展規(guī)律,深入了解當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想、生理和心理特點(diǎn)及其變化趨勢(shì)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合、歷史與邏輯相統(tǒng)一、抽象到具體等方法,對(duì)高校輔導(dǎo)員溝通教育的基本概念、理論基礎(chǔ)及其歷史演變、重要性、學(xué)科基礎(chǔ)及其要素以及高校輔導(dǎo)員溝通教育的原則及其預(yù)期效果進(jìn)行深入探討分析。最后,本文就如何提升輔導(dǎo)員的溝通教育能力以及如何構(gòu)建新時(shí)期高校輔導(dǎo)員溝通教育的踐行模式提出自己的見(jiàn)解,以期推動(dòng)高校輔導(dǎo)員對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行溝通教育工作的科學(xué)化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Communication is the driving force of human development, the bridge of human communication, the regulator of interpersonal relationship and the ladder of human growth. As the driving force of human development, communication in a sense makes human beings really evolved from apes to primitive humans, separated from lower fauna. Counselors are not only the good teachers of students, but also the good friends of students. They are not only the educators of students, but also the service providers of students. They are not only the communicators of knowledge, but also the guide of students' life. If counselors want to play these roles well, they should carry out communication education in depth, communication education is not omnipotent, but if there is no communication education, counselors and students break off contact, there is no education management to serve students. Therefore, counselors want to cultivate all-round development talents, to complete the school students' work tasks, to achieve success in their own career, in the final analysis, can not be separated from effective communication education. Under the guidance of Marxism, drawing lessons from the theoretical knowledge of philosophy, ideological and political pedagogy, management, sociology, psychology and other disciplines, this paper seriously studies the development law of student work in the new period from the realistic work of counselors, and deeply understands the ideological, physiological and psychological characteristics and changing trend of contemporary college students. On this basis, by using the methods of combining theory with practice, unifying history and logic, abstracting to concrete, this paper probes and analyzes the basic concept, theoretical basis and historical evolution, importance, subject basis and elements of communication education for college counselors, as well as the principles and expected effects of communication education for college counselors. Finally, this paper puts forward its own opinions on how to improve the communication education ability of counselors and how to construct the practice mode of communication education of college counselors in the new period, in order to promote the scientific development of communication education of college counselors to students.
