[Abstract]:Root-seeking literature is an inextricable topic in literature in the 1980s. At present, scholars seldom study root-seeking novels from the perspective of folklore. This angle can better understand the reasons why root-seeking literature seeks the root of national culture, and can also better understand the unique charm of root-seeking novels. This paper tries to study the root-seeking novels by using many theories, such as literary folklore, literary anthropology and so on. This paper discusses how to excavate and sort out the root-seeking novels from the aspects of thinking mode, narrative mode, language and the relationship with the May 4th local novels, analyzes the relationship between folklore and root-seeking novels, and expects to cause more people to pay attention to folklore and show the root-seeking style that has been ignored. The full text is composed of introduction, main body and conclusion. The introduction discusses the significance of the study of root-seeking literature from folklore; explains the research status of the topic and explains the basic concepts in the discussion; there has been no conclusion about the scope of root-seeking novels. In this part, this paper puts forward its own views on this issue by combing some important root-seeking literature; finally, it explains the research ideas. The main body is divided into four chapters. The first chapter discusses the transformation of the thinking mode of root-seeking novels, explains the migration of root-seeking novels from revolution and political discourse to daily life through the excavation of tangible material folk life in root-seeking novels, and explains the identity of root-seeking novels to primitive thinking through the discussion of primitive witchcraft, religion and other folk life in the novels. Finally, it points out that the folk life in some root-seeking novels is too old and strange, and puts forward that the root-seeking novels bring ugliness into the field of literature again compared with reflective literature and reform literature. The second chapter discusses the narrative mode of root-seeking novels, analyzes the folk stories in root-seeking novels, and explains how the novels use these stories to construct the legend; analyzes how the folk entanglement in the novel constructs the plot conflict; and finally analyzes these folk background highlights the wild life of the characters in the novel. It is precisely because of the addition of folklore that the root-seeking novel has completed the return from the meaning text to the story text. The third chapter discusses the folk language of root-seeking novels, in which there are a large number of dialects, spoken languages, folk ballads and proverbs. Through the analysis of these languages, this paper puts forward that root-seeking novels try to escape the narrative language of novels from the center of political discourse by using folk language. The fourth chapter discusses the similarities and differences between May 4th local novels and root-seeking novels in folk pursuit. This chapter is divided into three sections. The first section analyzes that the May 4th local novels tend to be a single criticism in the attitude towards enlightenment, and the root-seeking novels have more speculative colors; the second section distinguishes the composition of the folk culture of the creative subject, the former is more rich and the latter is relatively deficient; the third section discusses a restatement of the presentation of marriage customs in the text. Finally, the historical significance of root-seeking novels is examined from a macro point of view based on nation, state and literary discourse.
