從讀者反應(yīng)批評(píng)角度解讀《傷心咖啡館之歌》的孤獨(dú)主題

【摘要】：卡森?麥卡勒斯算得上是20世紀(jì)美國(guó)文學(xué)的杰出作家之一,她的作品主要以小說(shuō)著稱(chēng),而精神上的孤獨(dú)與隔絕是她大部分作品的核心所在�！秱目Х瑞^之歌》是其最重要的小說(shuō)之一,在這部作品中她以其對(duì)獨(dú)特而細(xì)膩的筆觸講述了一個(gè)寂寞而憂(yōu)郁的南方小鎮(zhèn)上的兩男一女之間的三角畸戀。作者以畸形的戀情和扭曲的人性,細(xì)致地展現(xiàn)了人與人之間的精神隔絕狀態(tài),更是讓讀者體味到一種絕望和壓抑的孤獨(dú)。國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)該作品的研究主要集中在作品的孤獨(dú)主題、愛(ài)之無(wú)能、哥特式色彩、雙性同體下的性別意識(shí)以及文本的敘事結(jié)構(gòu)和技巧方面。本文雖同樣是對(duì)作品孤獨(dú)主題的研究卻是立足在讀者反應(yīng)批評(píng)理論的基礎(chǔ)之上。本文從伊瑟爾讀者反應(yīng)理論入手,分析作品的空白敘述來(lái)挖掘出孤獨(dú)主題的深刻內(nèi)涵,同時(shí),也試圖證明一部好的文學(xué)作品必須創(chuàng)造了合適的空白來(lái)吸引和召喚讀者的閱讀,以讀者和文本之間順利的對(duì)話(huà),來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)文本的意義。論文分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為引言部分,簡(jiǎn)要介紹卡森麥卡勒斯的生平及文學(xué)成就,更是對(duì)《傷心咖啡館之歌》的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究做了綜合述評(píng)。此外,本章還將梳理讀者反應(yīng)批評(píng)的發(fā)展脈絡(luò),同時(shí)將對(duì)伊瑟爾讀者反應(yīng)批評(píng)理論中空白、文本不無(wú)確定性和召喚結(jié)構(gòu)做重點(diǎn)介紹。第二章主要討論小鎮(zhèn)和小鎮(zhèn)畸人的塑造。作者在塑造小鎮(zhèn)和小鎮(zhèn)居民的孤獨(dú)及怪異的過(guò)程中,進(jìn)行了大量的信息省略,創(chuàng)造了大量的空白,一方面不斷引誘讀者進(jìn)行閱讀,另一方面更是激發(fā)了讀者去探尋人物孤單悲慘命運(yùn)背后的深刻原因。第三章從文本的敘事技巧的運(yùn)用分析文本的孤獨(dú)主題。文本中以省略技巧省略了人物的心理活動(dòng),同時(shí)用旁觀者的外視角展現(xiàn)人物的言行,使得人物于讀者而言變得怪誕而不可捉摸。而以回環(huán)追溯的敘事方式構(gòu)成一個(gè)走不出的,沒(méi)有未來(lái)和盡頭的孤獨(dú)循環(huán),讓讀者沉浸在孤獨(dú)之中難以逃脫。第四章立足于小說(shuō)末尾獨(dú)立章節(jié)的多種闡釋來(lái)說(shuō)明讀者可以在文本的基礎(chǔ)之上結(jié)合自身的經(jīng)驗(yàn)、審美及人生哲學(xué)積極地參與文本意義的闡釋。小說(shuō)文本孤獨(dú)主題的由最初的悲觀意義到對(duì)孤獨(dú)的積極的反抗的轉(zhuǎn)變正是讀者積極參與文本闡釋的結(jié)果。第五章是論文的結(jié)論部分。本論文認(rèn)為一部好的文學(xué)作品在創(chuàng)作的過(guò)程中離不開(kāi)空白和文本不確定性的創(chuàng)作,只有適度的空白和不確定性才能時(shí)刻保持對(duì)讀者的吸引并積極吸引讀者參與文本解讀。而文本的意義只有才文本和讀者完成了順利的對(duì)話(huà)之后才得以完成。《傷心咖啡館之歌》這部作品正是在讀者的積極參與中孤獨(dú)主題才得以實(shí)現(xiàn),而孤獨(dú)意義也得以不斷深化。
[Abstract]:Carson McCullers is one of the outstanding writers of American literature in the 20th century. Her works are mainly famous for her novels, and spiritual loneliness and isolation are at the heart of most of her works. "Song of the sad Cafe" is one of her most important novels. In this novel, she tells of the triangulation between two men and a woman in a lonely and melancholy southern town. With abnormal love and distorted human nature, the author meticulously shows the state of spiritual isolation between people, and makes the reader appreciate a kind of despair and depression of loneliness. Scholars at home and abroad mainly focus on the lonely theme of the work, love incompetence, Gothic color, the gender consciousness of both sexes and the narrative structure and skills of the text. Although the study of the lonely theme of the works is based on the theory of reader response criticism. This paper begins with the theory of Ethel's reader's reaction, analyzes the blank narration of the works to dig out the profound connotation of the lonely theme, and at the same time, attempts to prove that a good literary work must create a suitable blank to attract and summon the reader's reading. The meaning of the text is realized by a smooth dialogue between the reader and the text. The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly introduces Carson McCullers' life and literary achievements, and makes a comprehensive review of the domestic and foreign research on the Song of the sad Cafe. In addition, this chapter will also comb the development of readers' response criticism, and at the same time will focus on the blank in the theory of Ethel's response criticism, the text is not without certainty and summoning structure. The second chapter mainly discusses the small town and the small town unorthodox person mold. In the process of shaping the loneliness and weirdness of small towns and townspeople, the author has done a lot of information omissions and created a lot of blanks. On the one hand, he has been enticing readers to read. On the other hand, it inspires readers to explore the profound reasons behind the lonely and tragic fate of the characters. The third chapter analyzes the lonely theme of the text from the use of narrative techniques. The text omits the psychological activities of the characters by ellipsis and displays the words and deeds of the characters from the external perspective of the bystanders, which makes the characters strange and unpredictable to the readers. But the narrative way of tracing back to the loop constitutes a lonely cycle without future and end, which causes readers to immerse themselves in solitude and it is difficult to escape. The fourth chapter is based on the various interpretations of the independent chapters at the end of the novel to show that readers can actively participate in the interpretation of the meaning of the text on the basis of their own experience, aesthetics and philosophy of life. The change of the lonely theme from the initial pessimistic meaning to the active resistance to loneliness is the result of the readers' active participation in the interpretation of the text. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the paper. This paper holds that a good literary work can not be separated from the creation of blank and text uncertainty in the process of creation, only the moderate blank and uncertainty can always keep the readers to attract and actively attract readers to participate in the interpretation of the text. The meaning of the text can only be completed after the successful dialogue between the text and the reader. "Song of the sad Cafe" is the realization of the lonely theme in the active participation of the reader and the deepening of the lonely meaning.
