白術(shù)中黃酮的提取及其抑菌和抗氧化活性的研究

【摘要】:為了研究白術(shù)中黃酮的抑菌與抗氧化活性,為白術(shù)資源的深度開發(fā)利用提供依據(jù),試驗(yàn)以總黃酮提取率為評價指標(biāo),采用正交試驗(yàn)優(yōu)化了白術(shù)中黃酮的超聲提取工藝,并采用最小抑菌濃度法和清除二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH·)法測定了其抑菌和抗氧化活性。結(jié)果表明:白術(shù)黃酮超聲提取的最佳工藝條件為,乙醇濃度為60%,料液比(g/m L)為1∶40,在50℃下超聲提取35 min,在該條件下黃酮的提取率為1.38%;白術(shù)黃酮對金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌和枯草芽孢桿菌均有較強(qiáng)的抑菌活性,而對酵母菌和產(chǎn)青霉菌則沒有抑制作用;白術(shù)黃酮及維生素C對DPPH·的半清除率(IC50)分別為17.26μg/m L、12.68μg/m L,說明白術(shù)黃酮具有較強(qiáng)的抗氧化活性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the bacteriostatic and antioxidation activities of flavonoids in Atractylodes macrocephala and provide the basis for the deep exploitation and utilization of Atractylodes macrocephala resources, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was taken as the evaluation index. The bacteriostatic and antioxidation activities of Atractylodes macrocephala flavonoids were determined by the method of minimal inhibitory concentration and scavenging diphenyl bitter hydrazinyl radical DPPH 路. The results showed that the optimum conditions for ultrasonic extraction of flavone from Atractylodes macrocephala were: 1.
