川西北紅原縣和理塘縣牦牛4類體內(nèi)寄生蟲感染的研究

【摘要】:采集川西北阿壩州紅原縣和甘孜州理塘縣總計402份牦牛糞便樣本,采用廖氏計數(shù)法(改良)對4類常見體內(nèi)寄生蟲蟲卵進(jìn)行形態(tài)學(xué)觀察并計數(shù),以了解該地區(qū)牦牛體內(nèi)寄生蟲感染情況。結(jié)果表明,紅原縣牦牛體內(nèi)線蟲、絳蟲、吸蟲、球蟲蟲卵或卵囊(EPG或OPG)的平均感染量分別為11.59、23.77、42.45和14.72,總感染量為92.53(48.91~154.90);平均感染率分別為18.01%、36.62%、44.68%、17.37%,總感染率為76.39%,表明吸蟲是紅原的優(yōu)勢寄生蟲蟲種,絳蟲也是重要蟲種。理塘縣牦牛線蟲、絳蟲、吸蟲、球蟲的蟲卵或卵囊(EPG或OPG)的感染量分別為52.38、13.10、20.24和1.19,總感染量為86.90;感染率分別為52.38%、19.05%、23.81%和2.38%,總感染率為78.57%,表明線蟲為該地區(qū)的優(yōu)勢蟲種。紅原縣和理塘縣兩地牦牛體內(nèi)寄生蟲蟲卵感染主要以單一感染和二重感染為主,二者的總和分別為69.31%和78.57%,分別占總感染率的90.73%和100%。本研究結(jié)果證實牦牛寄生蟲病目前仍是危害牦牛生產(chǎn)和當(dāng)?shù)啬撩窠】档囊活愔匾卟。該研究豐富了川西北高原地區(qū)牦牛體內(nèi)寄生蟲病的流行病學(xué)資料,為該地區(qū)牦牛寄生蟲病的防控提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A total of 402 yak feces samples were collected from Hongyuan County, Aba Prefecture, Northwest Sichuan and Litang County, Ganzi Prefecture. The eggs of four common parasites were observed and counted by Liao's counting method (improved). The results showed that the nematode, tapeworm and trematode in Hongyuan county yak, The average infection rates of egg or egg cyst EPG or OPG were 11.59, 23.77 and 14.72, respectively, the total infection rate was 92.53, 48.91 and 154.90, the average infection rate was 18.01C 36.62 and 44.68, and the total infection rate was 76.393.The results showed that trematode was the dominant parasitic species of erythrogen, tapeworm was also an important species, and Yak nematode was also important in Litang County. Tapeworm, trematode, The infection rates of egg or egg cyst EPG or OPG of coccidiosis were 52.380.13.101020.24 and 1.19, respectively, and the total infection rate was 86.90, and the infection rate was 52.380.19.05% and 2.38%, respectively. The total infection rate was 78.577.The results showed that nematode was the dominant species in this area. The yaks of Hongyuan and Litang counties were mailed in the yaks of Hongyuan County and Litang County, respectively, and the infection rates were 52.38% and 2.38% respectively, which indicated that the nematode was the dominant species in this area. Single infection and double infection were the main infection in eggs. The sum of them were 69.31% and 78.57, accounting for 90.73% and 100th of the total infection rate, respectively. The results of this study confirm that yak parasitosis is still an important epidemic disease that endangers the production of yaks and the health of local herdsmen. This study enriches the high level of northwest Sichuan. Epidemiological data of parasitic diseases in yaks in the original area, It provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of yak parasitic disease in this area.
