氮添加降低了半干旱草原土壤呼吸但未改變其溫度敏感性(英文)

半干旱生態(tài)系統(tǒng)土壤呼吸(Rs)對氮添加的響應機制仍有待探索。本研究在中國半干旱草原設置不同氮添加水平(0、2、4、8、16、32 gN m-2 yr-1),測定土壤呼吸速率、土壤溫濕度、微生物磷脂脂肪酸、土壤理化性質(zhì)與地上生物量等指標,探討氮添加對土壤呼吸及其溫度敏感性(Q10)的影響。結(jié)果表明:氮添加顯著增加了土壤可溶性有機碳(DOC)和無機氮(IN)的含量,降低了土壤pH值,對地上生物量(ABM)無顯著影響。氮添加降低了磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)的總量,降低了真菌細菌比(F:B),提高了革蘭氏陽性陰性菌比(G+:G–)。氮添加顯著降低了土壤呼吸,N2、N4、N8、N16和N32處理下的土壤呼吸分別比對照N0變化了–2.58%、14.86%、22.62%、23.97%和19.87%,結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型表明,氮添加通過降低PLFAs總量和改變微生物組成降低土壤呼吸。氮添加對溫度敏感性(Q10)、土壤總有機碳(TOC)和總氮(TN)的影響均不顯著,表明氮添加減輕了土壤碳的損失,且不會改變?nèi)蜃兣尘跋峦寥烙袡C...
