【摘要】：公眾參與環(huán)境行政具有十分重要的意義。我國公眾參與環(huán)境行政存在諸多現(xiàn)實(shí)問題,可通過完善公眾參與環(huán)境行政的相關(guān)法律法規(guī),強(qiáng)化非政府環(huán)境保護(hù)組織的作用,加大公眾參與環(huán)境行政的道德培育,提高公眾參與環(huán)境行政的能力等路徑,切實(shí)提高公眾參與環(huán)境行政的有效性。
[Abstract]:Public participation in environmental administration is of great significance. There are many practical problems in public participation in environmental administration in our country. We can strengthen the role of non-governmental environmental protection organizations and enhance the moral cultivation of public participation in environmental administration by perfecting the relevant laws and regulations of public participation in environmental administration. Improve the ability of public participation in environmental administration and improve the effectiveness of public participation in environmental administration.
