【摘要】：運(yùn)作過(guò)程視角下企業(yè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理協(xié)同強(qiáng)調(diào)了知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)開(kāi)發(fā)管理、保護(hù)管理、運(yùn)營(yíng)管理的協(xié)同發(fā)展,其實(shí)現(xiàn)在宏觀層面上需要政府、行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)起到助推器作用,微觀層面上需要企業(yè)加強(qiáng)對(duì)外聯(lián)系,同時(shí)企業(yè)內(nèi)部要實(shí)現(xiàn)部門(mén)協(xié)同、要素協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of operation process, enterprise intellectual property management coordination emphasizes the cooperative development of intellectual property development management, protection management and operation management. In fact, at the macro level, the government is needed, and industry associations play a role as boosters. At the micro level, enterprises need to strengthen their external relations, meanwhile, they should realize the coordination of departments and elements.
