大連GY公司物資采購管理研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化飛速的發(fā)展和信息IT技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心已經(jīng)由企業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)向企業(yè)所在供應(yīng)鏈間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)轉(zhuǎn)變。供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的企業(yè)采購管理已經(jīng)由傳統(tǒng)的采購模式向新型的采購管理模式發(fā)展。完善的新型采購模式對(duì)提升資源的優(yōu)化配置、公司的運(yùn)營效率和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有重要的意義。因此,加強(qiáng)物資采購管理是制造業(yè)企業(yè)普遍關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。 本文以大連GY輪胎制造公司為研究對(duì)象,立足GY公司所處的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,從GY公司采購管理的現(xiàn)狀與公司供應(yīng)鏈的內(nèi)部的關(guān)聯(lián)研究入手,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外供應(yīng)鏈管理的相關(guān)研究、采購相關(guān)理論和流程重組相關(guān)研究,找出GY公司物資采購過程中存在的低價(jià)采購思路的問題,組織結(jié)構(gòu)、采購流程和對(duì)供應(yīng)商的管理問題;然后,針對(duì)問題提出采購管理改進(jìn)的可行性方案;接著,論文對(duì)可行性方案:業(yè)務(wù)流程重組、組織結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)和對(duì)供應(yīng)商的管理改進(jìn)的方法做進(jìn)一步的闡述和總結(jié),結(jié)論得出采購管理可行性方案中樹立總購置成本最低思路并且以ERP系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ)的供應(yīng)鏈環(huán)境下的采購業(yè)務(wù)重組改進(jìn)是遵循全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)和戰(zhàn)略采購管理模式,而與供應(yīng)商的關(guān)系維護(hù)是以科學(xué)的供應(yīng)商分類管理和建立整體的供應(yīng)商評(píng)估流程為前提,提出與核心供應(yīng)商建立戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系;最后,為了采購管理改進(jìn)方案的順利實(shí)施,論文給出了GY公司采購管理改進(jìn)中的實(shí)施保障措施,即加強(qiáng)公司的文化建設(shè)、人力資源保障等措施來最終達(dá)到提升公司的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文基于長期GY公司物資采購管理實(shí)際情況與科學(xué)的理論研究分析得出公司物資采購管理改進(jìn)方案及實(shí)施保障措施對(duì)GY公司的長期發(fā)展是有益的。本文也為國內(nèi)其他同類輪胎制造公司物資采購管理改進(jìn)提供借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and the rapid development of IT technology, The core of enterprise market competition has changed from the competition among enterprises to the competition among the supply chains in which the enterprises are located. The enterprise procurement management in the supply chain environment has been developed from the traditional procurement mode to the new procurement management mode. Good new procurement model to improve the optimal allocation of resources, Therefore, it is a hot issue for manufacturing enterprises to strengthen material purchasing management. This paper takes Dalian GY Tire Manufacturing Company as the research object, based on the market environment of GY Company, starting with the current situation of procurement management of GY Company and the related research of the internal supply chain of the company, combining with the related research of supply chain management at home and abroad. Procurement theory and process reengineering related research to find out the GY company material procurement process in the process of low-cost procurement thinking problems, organizational structure, procurement process and the management of suppliers; then, Then, the feasibility scheme of business process reengineering, organizational structure improvement and supplier management improvement are further elaborated and summarized. The conclusion is that it follows the trend of global economic development and strategic procurement management mode to establish the lowest total acquisition cost and improve procurement business in the supply chain environment based on ERP system in the feasible project of purchasing management. The maintenance of the relationship with suppliers is based on scientific supplier classification management and the establishment of the overall supplier evaluation process as a premise to establish a strategic partnership with the core suppliers. Finally, in order to smoothly implement the procurement management improvement program, In this paper, the author puts forward some measures to improve the purchasing management of GY Company, that is, to strengthen the company's cultural construction, human resources guarantee and so on, in order to enhance the company's market competitiveness. Based on the theoretical research and analysis of the actual situation and scientific theory of material procurement management in GY Company, this paper concludes that the improvement scheme and the implementation of safeguard measures are beneficial to the long-term development of GY Company. Other similar tire manufacturing company material procurement management improvement to provide reference.
