基于互動(dòng)視角的企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制與治理績效的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:面對(duì)全球市場的興起與日益激烈的競爭環(huán)境,企業(yè)的傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營理念和管理手段已很難適應(yīng)時(shí)代的需要。在復(fù)雜多變和充滿不確定性的動(dòng)態(tài)環(huán)境下,企業(yè)之間的競爭更為激烈,同時(shí)企業(yè)的組織結(jié)構(gòu)也日益復(fù)雜化和網(wǎng)絡(luò)化,一大批戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟企業(yè)、供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)企業(yè)與虛擬企業(yè)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織形式應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織形態(tài)的迅速發(fā)展和復(fù)雜變化,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)已逐漸成為企業(yè)成長的一種重要組織模式。企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的大量出現(xiàn),使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理績效這一衡量企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織是否運(yùn)行良好的關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)成為學(xué)者們研究的焦點(diǎn)與熱點(diǎn)。另一方面,企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制對(duì)企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織是否可以存續(xù)發(fā)展,其網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理績效是否能夠得到顯著提高具有關(guān)鍵作用,可見,研究企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制的相關(guān)問題顯得更加迫在眉睫。因此,本文從企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的互動(dòng)視角切入,以互動(dòng)作為中介變量,探索企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績效的影響機(jī)理,具有一定的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。本文以網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理理論為基礎(chǔ),借鑒現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制研究成果,首次將企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制劃分為關(guān)系性治理機(jī)制與結(jié)構(gòu)性治理機(jī)制兩個(gè)維度,并從企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員的互動(dòng)視角出發(fā),構(gòu)建了企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制、互動(dòng)與治理績效三者的關(guān)系模型,并提出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)。接著,通過問卷調(diào)查方式獲得調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),并運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS19.0和LISREL8.70對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、信度分析、效度分析、多元回歸分析以及結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型分析,驗(yàn)證了企業(yè)間網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績效的正向影響,以及互動(dòng)在網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制與治理績效間的中介效應(yīng)。其中,關(guān)系性治理機(jī)制對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理績效的推動(dòng)力更強(qiáng),在網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制對(duì)治理績效的影響中占主導(dǎo)地位,因此企業(yè)在選擇網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制時(shí),應(yīng)以關(guān)系性治理機(jī)制為主,輔以結(jié)構(gòu)性治理機(jī)制,共同推動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)合作企業(yè)獲取更高的治理績效。希望本文的研究結(jié)論對(duì)于幫助企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成員選取適合的網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理機(jī)制以提升自身治理績效具有一定的實(shí)踐參考意義,以進(jìn)一步豐富和發(fā)展網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理相關(guān)理論。
[Abstract]:In the face of the rise of the global market and the increasingly fierce competitive environment, it is difficult for enterprises to adapt to the needs of the times. In the dynamic environment of complex and changeable and full of uncertainty, the competition among enterprises is more intense, at the same time, the organizational structure of enterprises is becoming more and more complicated and network, a large number of strategic alliance enterprises, Supply chain network enterprises and virtual enterprises and other forms of network organization came into being. With the rapid development and complex change of network organization, enterprise network has gradually become an important organizational model for enterprise growth. With the emergence of enterprise network, the performance of network governance, which is the key index to measure whether the enterprise network organization is running well, has become the focus and hotspot of scholars. On the other hand, the enterprise network governance mechanism plays a key role in whether the enterprise network organization can survive or not and whether its network governance performance can be significantly improved. It is more urgent to study the related problems of the network governance mechanism between enterprises. Therefore, from the perspective of inter-enterprise network members' interaction, this paper explores the influence mechanism of inter-enterprise network governance mechanism on governance performance with interaction as an intermediary variable, which has certain theoretical and practical value. Based on the theory of network governance and referring to the research results of the existing network governance mechanism, this paper divides the network governance mechanism among enterprises into two dimensions: relational governance mechanism and structural governance mechanism for the first time. From the perspective of inter-enterprise network members' interaction, this paper constructs the relationship model of inter-enterprise network governance mechanism, interaction and governance performance, and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis. Then, the survey data are obtained by questionnaire, and descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, multivariate regression analysis and structural equation model analysis are carried out by using statistical software SPSS19.0 and LISREL8.70. It verifies the positive influence of inter-enterprise network governance mechanism on governance performance and the intermediary effect of interaction between network governance mechanism and governance performance. Among them, the relationship governance mechanism has stronger impetus to the network governance performance, and plays a leading role in the influence of the network governance mechanism on the governance performance. Therefore, when enterprises choose the network governance mechanism, they should focus on the relational governance mechanism. Supported by structural governance mechanism, promote network cooperation enterprises to achieve higher governance performance. It is hoped that the conclusions of this paper will be of practical significance to help enterprise network members select appropriate network governance mechanisms to improve their own governance performance and further enrich and develop the relevant theories of network governance.
