【摘要】:隨著中國金融市場與國際金融市場進一步接軌,通過國內(nèi)證券公司研究機構(gòu)獲取證券研究報告成為眾多海外投資者,特別是合格境外投資者了解中國證券市場走勢的重要參考。本文主要應(yīng)用紐馬克提出的交際翻譯策略,以汽車行業(yè)研究報告為例,從詞匯、句法和語篇三個角度進行案例分析,探討和嘗試解決證券研究報告翻譯實踐中常見的問題。汽車行業(yè)研究報告文本語言簡潔樸素,包含各類專業(yè)術(shù)語、行話和部分文化負載詞,在翻譯時必須查專業(yè)詞典根據(jù)語境確定正確的術(shù)語表達。報告標題簡潔凝練,采用增譯等技巧。鑒于其正式的文體,復(fù)句出現(xiàn)頻率高,譯者必須先梳理各分句的邏輯關(guān)系,進行分層,再進行句子重組,常使用換序法,處理成分詞結(jié)構(gòu)等技巧。由于漢語本身的特性,文本中存在較多重復(fù)信息,采用同義詞代替、代詞替換重復(fù)出現(xiàn)的名詞等方法替代。為確保語篇信息連貫,讀者能更加容易理解文本,需要在語篇銜接上進行隱性或顯性連接的處理,如添加關(guān)聯(lián)詞,對必要的信息進行增補。全文總共四章,第一章是引言,主要交代了汽車行業(yè)研究報告翻譯項目的基本情況和翻譯項目管理。第二章著重闡述理論指導(dǎo),通過文獻綜述和對目標文本的分析,確定使用交際翻譯作為主要翻譯策略,并詳細介紹了交際翻譯的內(nèi)容和應(yīng)用。第三章案例分析是本文的主體部分,筆者重點探討了汽車行業(yè)研究報告翻譯過程中詞匯、句型和語篇的處理,包括純專業(yè)詞匯、通用專業(yè)詞匯和文化負載詞的翻譯;句型主要從標題和復(fù)句角度探討了交際翻譯的實際應(yīng)用;語篇主要從重復(fù)信息的處理和語篇信息連貫兩個角度總結(jié)出具體的翻譯策略。第四章是結(jié)語,總結(jié)全文并反思本文尚存的不足之處。
[Abstract]:With the further integration of Chinese financial market and international financial market, obtaining securities research reports through domestic securities companies has become a large number of overseas investors. In particular, QFII is an important reference to understand the trend of China's securities market. This paper mainly uses Newmark's communicative translation strategy, taking the automobile industry research report as an example, from the vocabulary. This paper discusses and tries to solve the common problems in the translation practice of securities research reports from the perspective of syntactic and textual analysis. The text of automobile industry research reports is simple and simple and contains various technical terms. In the translation of jargon and some culture-loaded words, we must refer to professional dictionaries to determine the correct expressions of terms according to the context. The title of the report is concise and concise, and some techniques such as increasing translation are adopted. In view of its formal style, complex sentences appear frequently. The translator must first sort out the logical relations of the clauses, then reorganize the sentences, and often use the method of changing order to deal with the participle structure. Due to the characteristics of Chinese itself, there are more repeated information in the text. In order to ensure the coherence of text information, readers can understand the text more easily, it is necessary to deal with the implicit or explicit connection in text cohesion. If the relevant words are added, the necessary information is added. The first chapter is the introduction. The second chapter focuses on the theoretical guidance, through literature review and analysis of the target text. Communicative translation is chosen as the main translation strategy, and the content and application of communicative translation are introduced in detail. Chapter three is the main part of this thesis. The author focuses on the processing of vocabulary, sentence patterns and discourse in the process of translation of automotive research reports, including the translation of pure professional vocabulary, general professional vocabulary and culture-loaded words. This paper mainly discusses the practical application of communicative translation from the angle of title and complex sentence. The text summarizes the specific translation strategies from the perspectives of repetitive information processing and text information coherence. Chapter 4th is a conclusion which summarizes the full text and reflects on the remaining shortcomings of this thesis.
