【摘要】:教育為立國之根本,教育為國家培養(yǎng)人才,關(guān)系到國家的興盛與發(fā)展。為了給莘莘學(xué)子提供更高質(zhì)量的教育,國家十分重視對教師教育的管理,明確提出要健全教師教育規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理體系。一直以來,山東省以學(xué)分制模式作為基礎(chǔ),對省內(nèi)中小學(xué)的教師教育進(jìn)行管理。隨著信息化時代的到來,山東省決定建立一套中小學(xué)教師教育學(xué)分制管理系統(tǒng)來進(jìn)一步深化教師教育的改革與發(fā)展,并且以此提高教師教育質(zhì)量,培養(yǎng)更加專業(yè)化的教師團(tuán)隊。本系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)主要以山東省中小學(xué)實(shí)際情況為中心,結(jié)合了國內(nèi)外類似系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)技術(shù),確定了具體的開發(fā)方案。系統(tǒng)主要采用B/S架構(gòu)進(jìn)行開發(fā),使用Java語言進(jìn)行編程,將J2EE框架中Struts、Hibernate等先進(jìn)的技術(shù)結(jié)合來搭建系統(tǒng)框架。并且使用MVC設(shè)計模式,對系統(tǒng)劃分層次。在數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計方面,則選用關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫SQL SERVER2012來進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)的訪問與各種更新操作,此數(shù)據(jù)庫具有易用性、可伸縮性、性價比良好等諸多特點(diǎn),符合本系統(tǒng)在易操作性、數(shù)據(jù)安全性以及開發(fā)成本方面的需求。山東省中小學(xué)教師教育學(xué)分制管理系統(tǒng)主要包括市級管理員、縣級管理員、校級管理員三種用戶,根據(jù)用戶職能劃分了培訓(xùn)組織管理、培訓(xùn)項目管理、教師學(xué)分管理、學(xué)籍管理四項業(yè)務(wù)功能。在培訓(xùn)組織管理中主要對培訓(xùn)計劃、設(shè)置分班、報名等信息進(jìn)行管理;在培訓(xùn)項目管理中對培訓(xùn)任務(wù)、組織課程、選擇培訓(xùn)對象、培訓(xùn)項目詳情等信息進(jìn)行維護(hù);在教師學(xué)分管理中可以進(jìn)行教師學(xué)分的添加、修改、補(bǔ)錄、統(tǒng)計查詢以及學(xué)員個人成績與學(xué)習(xí)情況的查詢操作;學(xué)籍管理則主要包括學(xué)籍?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的錄入、導(dǎo)入,培訓(xùn)教師的統(tǒng)計查詢,學(xué)籍情況的查詢以及學(xué)員個人信息的維護(hù)管理功能。山東省在使用此中小學(xué)教師教育學(xué)分制管理系統(tǒng)后,可以由市縣校用戶根據(jù)權(quán)限,開展教師培訓(xùn)項目,進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)計劃、任務(wù)的開啟報名、分班、組織課程、錄入教師學(xué)分等過程中信息的高效管理與及時處理。本系統(tǒng)的使用加強(qiáng)了市縣校各級之間的聯(lián)系,并且不斷提高教師教育質(zhì)量,為本省教師教育的改革與發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

The system mainly uses the B / S framework to develop, uses the Java language to carry on the programming, carries on the Struts in the J2EE frame. Hibernate and other advanced technology to build the system framework. And using MVC design patterns, the system is divided into levels. In database design. The relational database SQL SERVER2012 is used to access and update the system data. This database has many characteristics, such as ease of use, scalability, good performance-price ratio and so on. Meet the needs of the system in easy operation, data security and development costs. Shandong Province primary and secondary school teachers education credit system management system mainly includes municipal administrators, county administrators. There are three kinds of users: training organization management, training project management, teacher credit management and student status management. Set up separate classes, registration and other information management; In the training project management to the training task, organizes the course, selects the training object, the training project details and so on information carries on the maintenance; In the management of teachers' credits, teachers' credit can be added, modified, recorded, and the students' personal achievements and learning can be queried. On the other hand, the management of student status mainly includes the input, introduction and training of the statistical inquiry of the student status data. After using the credit management system of primary and secondary school teachers, we can carry out the teacher training project by the city and county school users according to their authority. Carry on the training plan, the task opens the registration, divides the class, organizes the curriculum, enters the teacher credit in the process and so on the information efficient management and the timely processing. The use of this system has strengthened the city county school each level connection. And improve the quality of teacher education, lay a foundation for the reform and development of teacher education.
