青島金華路保障性住房項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)速度明顯加快。工程項(xiàng)目管理的管理水平不僅關(guān)系到項(xiàng)目本身的建設(shè),而且直接影響到社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中項(xiàng)目管理的地位越來(lái)越重要。這就要求項(xiàng)目在建設(shè)過(guò)程中,采用科學(xué)合理的方法進(jìn)行管理。項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目管理的一個(gè)重要組成部分,作為項(xiàng)目管理的主要靈魂之一,其在一定程度上決定了項(xiàng)目完成的成敗。本文對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理與控制進(jìn)行應(yīng)用,并在工程項(xiàng)目實(shí)踐中運(yùn)用,得到一定成效,對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)工程建設(shè)的項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理提供借鑒。建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目施工階段的進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目施工管理的重要內(nèi)容之一,它不僅直接影響工程項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量、工期和成本,還關(guān)系到工程項(xiàng)目的社會(huì)效益與經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。因此工程項(xiàng)目施工階段對(duì)施工進(jìn)度實(shí)施有效的管理,對(duì)指導(dǎo)工程項(xiàng)目施工,保證工程項(xiàng)目工期具有重要意義。施工進(jìn)度管理是工程項(xiàng)目管理中的重要組成部分,貫穿于施工項(xiàng)目管理的全程。施工進(jìn)度管理主要是負(fù)責(zé)施工進(jìn)度控制和管理,體現(xiàn)在具體督促和指導(dǎo)承包人編制施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃。在工程項(xiàng)目管理和實(shí)踐中,施工計(jì)劃是一項(xiàng)最富有挑戰(zhàn)性的一項(xiàng)活動(dòng),編制施工計(jì)劃是工程項(xiàng)目施工中的關(guān)鍵工作,通過(guò)項(xiàng)目施工計(jì)劃,規(guī)范了項(xiàng)目的最終結(jié)果和完成項(xiàng)目的時(shí)間限制。本論文首先分析了的項(xiàng)目管理的研究現(xiàn)狀、選題背景、研究?jī)?nèi)容、框架、目的及意義。接著綜合闡述項(xiàng)目管理方面的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目中的進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理和進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。本論文以青島金華路保障性住房項(xiàng)目為例,運(yùn)用項(xiàng)目管理的基本原理與現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理的先進(jìn)管理理念,對(duì)其施工階段進(jìn)度管理進(jìn)行研究。論文首先介紹了項(xiàng)目管理及項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的相關(guān)理論,然后介紹了金華路保障性住房項(xiàng)目的基本情況,詳細(xì)闡述了金華路保障性住房項(xiàng)目施工項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃編制的方法和步驟,根據(jù)該項(xiàng)目的工作分解結(jié)構(gòu),估算了項(xiàng)目活動(dòng)持續(xù)的時(shí)間,繪制了項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃圖編制了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,最后對(duì)項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)實(shí)施過(guò)程中的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,討論了項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制方法,對(duì)應(yīng)的提出應(yīng)對(duì)措施和解決方案。通過(guò)動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目,及時(shí)調(diào)整項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,確保項(xiàng)目的順利完工,研究了有效進(jìn)行全過(guò)程進(jìn)度控制工作所要采取的方法和建議,對(duì)今后建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理工作具有現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義,也為其他類似項(xiàng)目建設(shè)解決項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度問(wèn)題提出參考。該論文研究對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目的施工進(jìn)度管理有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our country's economy, the construction speed of engineering construction project is obviously accelerated. The management level of engineering project management is not only related to the construction of the project itself. And directly affect the social and economic development. In the national economic development, the status of project management is becoming more and more important, which requires the project in the process of construction. Project schedule management is an important part of project management, as one of the main soul of project management. To a certain extent, it determines the success or failure of the project completion. This paper applied the project schedule management and control, and applied in the engineering project practice, and got certain results. It is one of the important contents of the project construction management, which not only directly affects the quality of the project. The construction period and cost are also related to the social and economic benefits of the project. Therefore, the construction schedule of the project is managed effectively in the construction stage, which can guide the construction of the project. The construction schedule management is an important part of the project management. Construction schedule management is mainly responsible for the construction schedule control and management, reflected in the specific supervision and guidance of the contractor to prepare the construction progress plan. In the project management and practice. The construction plan is one of the most challenging activities, the preparation of the construction plan is the key work in the construction of the project, through the project construction plan. The final results of the project and the time limit for the completion of the project are standardized. Firstly, this paper analyzes the status quo of the project management, the background of the topic, the research content and the framework. Purpose and significance. Then the basic knowledge of project management is expounded. The progress plan management and schedule control in the construction project are systematically studied. This paper takes Jinhua Road as an example. Based on the basic principles of project management and the advanced management concept of modern project management, this paper studies the progress management in the construction phase. Firstly, the paper introduces the relevant theories of project management and project schedule management. Then introduced the basic situation of Jinhua Road supportable housing project, elaborated the Jinhua Road indemnificatory housing project construction project progress plan preparation method and the step, according to this project work breakdown structure. Estimated the duration of the project activities, drew the project network plan, according to the project construction schedule network plan drawing up the project progress plan, finally the implementation of the project construction schedule plan was studied. This paper analyzes the influencing factors in the process of implementation, discusses the method of project schedule control, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions, and adjusts the project schedule in time through dynamic monitoring of the project. To ensure the smooth completion of the project, the paper studies the methods and suggestions to be adopted to effectively carry out the progress control work of the whole process, which is of practical significance to the construction project schedule management in the future. It also provides a reference for other similar projects to solve the project schedule problems. This paper has a certain reference value for the construction schedule management of engineering projects.
