大跨徑單葉雙曲面空間纜索懸索橋的靜動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:懸索橋跨徑的不斷增加是一種發(fā)展趨勢,傳統(tǒng)平行纜索懸索橋的空間抗扭剛度較差,隨著跨度的增大,懸索橋的抗風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性問題變得十分突出。利用單葉雙曲面直紋性的特點(diǎn),借鑒西藏墨脫藤網(wǎng)橋,提出了單葉雙曲面空間纜索體系懸索橋方案。本文采用試驗(yàn)和有限元分析相結(jié)合的方法,開展單葉雙曲面空間纜索體系懸索橋的靜動(dòng)力特性研究,探討這種新型空間纜索體系懸索橋相比于傳統(tǒng)的懸索橋在力學(xué)性能上的優(yōu)勢。制作了橢圓環(huán)梁的單葉雙曲面空間纜索體系懸索橋試驗(yàn)?zāi)P?開展新型空間纜索體系懸索橋的靜動(dòng)載試驗(yàn)研究。進(jìn)行了豎向荷載靜力試驗(yàn),水平荷載靜力試驗(yàn),移動(dòng)車輛荷載試驗(yàn)以及模型自振特性測試試驗(yàn)。通過試驗(yàn),獲得了索力分布特征,證實(shí)了空間纜索具有優(yōu)良的協(xié)同工作性能。新型懸索橋的豎向剛度略有增加,橫向剛度和抗扭剛度具有很大的提高,抗風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性能良好。隨著豎向堆載的增加,新型懸索橋纜索的內(nèi)力不斷增加,結(jié)構(gòu)的重力剛度不斷增加,空間纜索內(nèi)力的水平分力不斷增加,較大地提高了新型懸索橋的水平向剛度。通過移動(dòng)車輛荷載試驗(yàn),研究了移動(dòng)車輛荷載作用下新型懸索橋的動(dòng)位移和動(dòng)應(yīng)變響應(yīng),證實(shí)了新型懸索橋具有阻尼大,行車平穩(wěn)等特性。通過模態(tài)試驗(yàn),獲取了新型懸索橋結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)特征,證實(shí)了新型懸索橋的整體剛度具有很大的提高。采用ansys有限元軟件建立三維有限元模型,對模型試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行仿真分析,對比分析了有限元計(jì)算結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)實(shí)測結(jié)果,兩者吻合較好。為了進(jìn)一步研究新型懸索橋結(jié)構(gòu)的受力機(jī)理,建立了相同參數(shù)的平行纜索懸索橋有限元模型,對比分析了豎向、水平和移動(dòng)荷載的受力特性以及結(jié)構(gòu)的自振特性,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)新型懸索橋抵抗水平荷載的工作性能大大的高于平行纜索懸索橋。同時(shí),也建立了圓形環(huán)梁的單葉雙曲面懸索橋的有限元模型,開展了結(jié)構(gòu)性能對比分析,研究表明,橢圓環(huán)梁和圓形環(huán)梁的空間懸索橋結(jié)構(gòu)性能差異不大。進(jìn)行了主跨4000米級單葉雙曲面和平行纜索懸索橋的方案設(shè)計(jì),建立兩者空間有限元分析模型,對比分析了兩者在成橋狀態(tài)自重作用、汽車活荷載作用和橫向風(fēng)荷載作用下的靜力性能,開展了新型懸索橋的自振特性、靜風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性能和動(dòng)風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性能等研究。通過研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn),單葉雙曲面空間纜索懸索橋具有良好的抗風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性能,是未來建造3000~5000米超大跨徑海峽懸索橋的一種可行方案。
[Abstract]:The increasing span of suspension bridge is a trend of development. The spatial torsional stiffness of traditional parallel cable suspension bridge is poor. With the increase of span, the problem of anti-wind stability of suspension bridge becomes very prominent. Based on the characteristics of single leaf hyperboloid straightness, a suspension bridge scheme of single leaf hyperboloid space cable system is proposed. In this paper, the static and dynamic characteristics of a single leaf hyperboloid space cable suspension bridge are studied by means of the combination of test and finite element analysis. The advantages of the new space cable suspension bridge compared with the traditional suspension bridge in mechanical properties are discussed. The experimental model of a single leaf hyperboloid space cable system suspension bridge with elliptical ring beam is made, and the static and dynamic load test of a new space cable system suspension bridge is carried out. The vertical load static test, horizontal load static test, moving vehicle load test and model natural vibration characteristic test are carried out. Through experiments, the characteristics of cable force distribution are obtained, and it is proved that space cable has excellent cooperative working performance. The vertical stiffness of the new suspension bridge is slightly increased, the lateral stiffness and torsional stiffness are greatly improved, and the wind stability is good. With the increase of vertical surcharge, the internal force of the new type suspension bridge cable is increasing, the gravity stiffness of the structure is increasing, and the horizontal component force of the space cable internal force is increasing, which greatly improves the horizontal stiffness of the new suspension bridge. The dynamic displacement and dynamic strain response of a new type suspension bridge under moving vehicle load is studied by means of moving vehicle load test. It is proved that the new suspension bridge has the characteristics of large damping and steady running. The modal characteristics of the new suspension bridge structure are obtained by modal test, and it is proved that the overall stiffness of the new suspension bridge is greatly improved. Three-dimensional finite element model was established by using ansys finite element software, and the model test was simulated and analyzed. The results of finite element calculation and experimental measurement were compared and analyzed, which were in good agreement with each other. In order to further study the stress mechanism of the new suspension bridge structure, the finite element model of parallel cable suspension bridge with the same parameters is established, and the stress characteristics of vertical, horizontal and moving loads and the natural vibration characteristics of the structure are compared and analyzed. It can be found that the performance of new suspension bridge against horizontal load is much higher than that of parallel cable suspension bridge. At the same time, the finite element model of the single leaf hyperboloid suspension bridge with circular ring beam is established, and the structural performance of the hyperboloid suspension bridge is compared and analyzed. The results show that there is little difference in the structural performance between the elliptical ring beam and the circular ring beam. The scheme design of hyperboloid and parallel cable suspension bridge with single leaf and main span of 4000 meters is carried out, and the spatial finite element analysis models of the two bridges are established, and the deadweight effects of the two bridges in the state of completion are compared and analyzed. The static behavior of a new suspension bridge under the action of live load and transverse wind load is studied in this paper, such as the natural vibration, static wind stability and dynamic wind stability of the new suspension bridge. It is found that the single leaf hyperboloid space cable suspension bridge has good wind-resistant stability and is a feasible scheme for the construction of 3000m 5000m super-span channel suspension bridge in the future.
