瀝青路面預(yù)養(yǎng)護(hù)材料再生還原劑性能研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面因其具有行車安全舒適、低噪聲、無揚(yáng)塵等優(yōu)點(diǎn)而越來越受到人們的青睞,并成為我國公路路面的主要形式。但瀝青路面在自然因素和車輛荷載綜合作用下,易出現(xiàn)早期損壞致使路面的服務(wù)質(zhì)量及使用年限不斷惡化。因此,瀝青路面在全壽命周期內(nèi)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)實(shí)施預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)對(duì)延長路面壽命顯得非常重要。本文選擇幾種常用的預(yù)養(yǎng)護(hù)材料再生還原劑進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究和探索,希望對(duì)預(yù)養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù)的推廣應(yīng)用有所借鑒。本文通過室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)研究再生還原劑對(duì)老化瀝青的還原性,通過滲透深度和還原效果相結(jié)合的方法,確定再生還原劑在還原性試驗(yàn)中的摻量,即選擇4.8%,6.0%,8.0%三種摻量加入到老化瀝青中制備再生瀝青。通過檢測(cè)再生瀝青的針入度、延度和軟化點(diǎn),研究還原劑對(duì)老化瀝青的還原作用。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明摻加了再生還原劑材料后,再生瀝青的針入度和延度與老化瀝青的相比都有所增加,軟化點(diǎn)都有所降低,說明再生還原劑對(duì)老化瀝青的三大指標(biāo)都有一定的還原功能,但還原效果存在差異。將五種再生還原劑材料涂刷在室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)成型的試件上,研究再生還原劑對(duì)瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性和水穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果說明,還原劑材料對(duì)瀝青混合料的這兩種性能有一定的影響:瀝青混合料的高溫穩(wěn)定性都有所下降,其下降率一般在3.4%~23.3%范圍內(nèi);但五種還原劑中有三種能夠使瀝青混合料水穩(wěn)定性得到提高,一般提高了1.6%~6.4%,而另兩種對(duì)改善瀝青混合料的水穩(wěn)定性作用不明顯。采用比較試驗(yàn)將五種再生還原劑涂刷在彩色車轍板上來研究其滲透性,根據(jù)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)得出,五種材料中滲透性較好的其深度可達(dá)2.02 cm。通過檢測(cè)涂刷前后現(xiàn)場切割的路面試件的滲水系數(shù)、構(gòu)造深度、摩擦系數(shù)得到如下結(jié)論:涂刷材料后試件的滲水系降低了76.4%~91.4%,說明還原劑具有明顯的防滲水性能;但試件的構(gòu)造深度和摩擦系數(shù)都有所減小,說明涂刷還原劑后會(huì)降低路面的抗滑性。綜上,采用再生還原劑對(duì)瀝青路面實(shí)施預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)是益于路面使用性能的,但應(yīng)注重提高瀝青的軟化點(diǎn)和還原路面的抗滑性能,以確保行車安全。
[Abstract]:Asphalt pavement is more and more favored by people because of its advantages of safe and comfortable driving, low noise, no dust and so on, and has become the main form of highway pavement in our country. However, under the combined action of natural factors and vehicle load, asphalt pavement is prone to early damage, resulting in the deterioration of pavement service quality and service life. Therefore, it is very important to select the appropriate time to carry out preventive maintenance in the whole life cycle of asphalt pavement. In this paper, several commonly used recycled reductants of pre-curing materials are selected for systematic research and exploration, hoping to draw lessons from the popularization and application of pre-curing technology. In this paper, the reducibility of recycled reductant to aged asphalt was studied by laboratory test. By combining penetration depth and reduction effect, the content of recycled reductant in reducibility test was determined, that is, 4.8% and 6.0%, respectively. The recycled asphalt was prepared by adding 8.0% three kinds of content to the aging asphalt. The reduction effect of reductant on aged asphalt was studied by detecting the penetration, extensibility and softening point of recycled asphalt. The test results show that the penetration and ductility of recycled asphalt are increased and the softening point is lower than that of aged asphalt when the recycled reductant material is added. The results show that the recycled reductant has certain reduction function to the three indexes of aging asphalt, but the reduction effect is different. Five kinds of recycled reductants were brushed on the specimens formed by laboratory test, and the effect of recycled reductants on the high temperature stability and water stability of asphalt mixture was studied. The results show that the reductant material has a certain influence on the two properties of asphalt mixture: the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture decreases, and the reduction rate is generally in the range of 3.4% 鈮,
