溫拌再生瀝青混合料應(yīng)用技術(shù)研究
[Abstract]:More and more attention has been paid to warm mix recycling technology, but there are few studies on the influencing factors of old asphalt transfer in warm mix recycling technology, and the research results on the mixing sequence of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture are not consistent at home and abroad. And most of the domestic road performance under different old material content is studied when the oil-stone ratio is the same. Therefore, this paper focuses on the study of different influencing factors of old asphalt transfer in warm mixing technology, the study of mixing sequence of warm mix recycled asphalt mixture and the study of road performance under the optimum oil-stone ratio corresponding to different amount of old asphalt. In this paper, the test conditions are determined when the transfer degree of old asphalt in old asphalt mixture is studied, and then different influencing factors are considered. Firstly, the effect of different aggregate particle size on the transfer degree of old asphalt is studied, and it is found that the aggregate particle size has little effect on the transfer of old asphalt, followed by preheating temperature. The effects of mixing time and mixing temperature on the transfer degree of old asphalt were determined, and then the aging time was determined. The effect of the content of old material and the ratio of powder to glue on the transfer degree of old asphalt; finally, the regenerated agent? The influence of warm mixing agent and old material content on the transfer degree of old asphalt is found out, and the influence law and degree of different influencing factors on the transfer of old asphalt are found out, which provides the basis for the determination of oil-stone ratio in subsequent mix proportion design. The mixing sequence was studied by macro mixing sequence and different asphalt mixture mixing sequence at home and abroad. The macroscopical mixing sequence does not form the specimen, and the amount of transfer asphalt is used as the evaluation index. The mixing sequence of the mixture was compacted by Marshal method, and the physical and mechanical indexes of the specimens were used as the evaluation basis. The results showed that the test results of the two methods were consistent. It is suggested that the mixing sequence stipulated in the domestic specification should be adopted when mixing the recycled mixture with warm mix in the future. The optimum oil-stone ratio of different old materials was determined, and the road performance of the mixture was studied under the optimum oil-stone ratio. The results showed that with the increase of the old material content, the law of hot mixing and warm mixing was different. The optimum content of the old material was determined to be 20%.
